I was trying to think of what would finally set Pam and Jim back in motion and came up with the documentary airing. Basically the documentary they are watching is our Season 2, though doesn't end exactly as our Season 2 ended.
This is set several weeks post-Merger. No spoilers, all speculation.This is a Karen focused stream of conscious/pov on all things developing in Scranton... contains mild spoilers through The Convict. Since it is Karen centered right now it is mostly Jim/Karen focused, but clearly Pam is there too and will likely play a larger role in the future.

Not so much a story, as a Jim POV mood piece, following the phone call (that launched a thousand fanfics.)Okay, this is post Stamford (sort of) and is a little AU, given that we now know Jim and Pam have talked a little. It's a bit angsty, but I swear, I was absolutely seized by the urge to write this! It's based a little on some of the comments I read on Live Journal yesterday re: Jim as "a man with needs." Heh. That makes this sound as if it's going to be a pile of smut, and it's not. It'll just be a slightly different Jim - totally drunk!Jim.
Jonathan makes an appearance as well.
And for those of you who are concerned - remember, my fics always end with a happy Jim/Pam. :o) This one probably won't be as long as the others have been; I'm thinking it'll maybe be a two-parter.
