Very well-written, and a great one if you love the rest of the ensemble too *and* were mildly horrified at the romantic drama the writers put these two through in later seasons. Or if you just feel like Ryan never quite got the karmic punishment he deserved and Kelly deserved better. (There is some interesting Kelly perspective on JAM in there too though.)

Summary: Kelly’s probably had this discussion about a million times in her life, but she’s so excited that Jim is actually playing along that she doesn’t mind. Plus, she really would like to know his opinion on this.
