I've just read this for the first time. I don't know if you're still receiving updates showing reviews, but I want to let you know how beautiful I find this. You can feel the hurt in his heart, chest, head. Wonderful.

Poor, poor Jim. This is a great piece, though. I think it's a true reflection of what he was feeling in that moment.

Not quite sure how I missed this earlier, but I just read it and now my heart is breaking for a fictional character. You always do such a great job of capturing Jim's quiet desperation.

Oh, Jim. Booze Cruise is definitely *the* best episode for post-ep Jim angst. I used that one myself!

This was so awesome - you just know that this is exactly what Jim was thinking. My favorite line: "You’re just so fucking tired of going around and around and always ending up back in the same place" So very well done. You are so good at this. I just love your stories.

Oh, Jim. You capture the side of him he tries not to show us.

"Sometimes you love her so much that you’re afraid you might start to hate her for all that." This is a great Jim POV. The section about hurting Katy so she can share the pain - terrific.
