I absolutely adored this story! Gah, the slow build up was so perfectly paced and delicious! I /loved/ the way things unfolded between them after the big reveal - their reactions and interactions felt so true to their characters, it was such a delight to read! I’m so happy I discovered this archive and this beautiful fic in it - I honestly could not put this down. Thank you so much for writing and sharing this wonderful story!

I had seen the high ratings but wasn't sure I completely bought into the premise of this story based on your description so I had held off reading it. I made the mistake of reading the first chapter of this story right before bed- I ended up staying up until 5 am reading the entire thing. SO well done! I absolutely love the way you set up the chat rooms; particularly all of the other conversations that are going on simultaneously as Jim and Pam converse. This is phenomenally written with just the right amount of romance. I couldn't stop reading! Kudos.

wow, you got the characters' perspective, dialog, everything down pat. congrats on that... i just love this story so much, and how jim is so clearly unhappy in his relationship. it's all so realistic, i'm just reeling at how impressed i am! i only worry that it might be harder for jim to tell pam how he feels now, because he needs to forget all he learned on irc or else he could get in trouble with pam for not saying the right things... oh well. can't wait to see what happens. and i probably won't review anymore. just realize i love this story and i promise i'll read the whole thing!
