Love the back story.  Please tell me God is going to help these two figure it out soon?

Or maybe I should ask Him myself.  He just seems so busy....

:)

So. so. so. GOOD. Seriously, this is how I hope God is.  And the backstory on both of the characters was just perfect.  I can't wait for more!

Finally was able to read this again!
Oh comon god, free will is overrated. Specially with these two who just don't know what to do with themselves.
I loved those little lines... all so in character! Well obviously, since a bit was quotes, ut still :)

Awwww!!!!  I love seeing Ryan's gooey center under his hard candy shell.

(That... was inadvertantly dirty.)

"There’s been enough stubbornness and denial around this office lately."

A-MEN!  (Totally digging the Ryan & Kelly love!!!)

Awww.  So sweet.  And they have their own little make-out palace back in the Annex, too.  With only one skeeved-out spectator/listener.

This is my favorite line: "There’s been enough stubbornness and denial around this office lately."  Oh, yeah.  And BTW, I really sensed a connection between Roy and Pam last night.  God's gonna make sure they find each other again, right?  I'm kidding. Totally kidding. (/Pam)

Keep going with this, please!

[Did you miss a sale? Can you still not tell the difference between Johnny Depp and Skeet Ulrich? What, Kelly?]

OK I loved the chapter before this as well - but this just made me LOL.  Such a unique idea.  I'm enjoying this story immensely.  Thanks so much for sharing it!

I actually started to cry a little, remembering Pam's sweetness to Michael in "Grief Counselling."  I hope tonight's episode gives you something good to work with!

This is awesome! I love this God characterization. His conversation with Angela was priceless, particularly his response to the green thing. It's nature, Angela!! And all the miscellaneous quotes and thoughts from the third chapter worked well, how you didn't even have to explicitly say who or when it was, it was just clear.

Definitely my favorite story at the moment. Great chapter! I loved God's answer to Kelly's prayer;) And Pam has a special place prepared for her... aww.

Seriously, I'm running out of adjectives for how good this is.  Because it's just exactly what everyone must have been thinking and you wrote it so true to character.  I hope you continue!

contrary to popular opinion, I’m not really in the damming business -- this made me cackle out loud -- but God already knows this.

And all the voices in their prayers -- totally awesome!  Not to mention, hysterical!

Your God sounds a lot like the one I like to imagine. Smart, patient, with a wicked sense of humor. Keep it coming!

He asked the opinion of 5 separate sales associates and one guy sitting outside the waiting room holding his wife’s purse. He smelled them and touched them and finally settled on the one he gave you. As he explained to the clerk ringing up his purchase, “…she will look like a lovely and ethereal forest elf in this. She will be my Arwen” ]

Omigod!  So perfectly Dwangela -- funny and touching at the same time.  And God?  Doing a TWSS?  I'm... in love you, and I'm not planning to move to Stamford just because I told you.

Oh wow. This is awesome. I love the Angela chapter. I can absolutely see Dwight going through all that just to buy a sweater. Those two are just so oddly adorable.

I can't wait to see God's thought on Jim's time in Scranton. Awesome awesome job.

this is just too great.  I love how God has such a great sense of humor (I can't believe he threw in a twss! Hilarious!)  Your Angela is so spot on and I can't wait to see what God has to say about this horrible hiatus/time apart he's made us sit through!

Author's Response: Thanks. I'm glad you think that I did okay with Angela. She's difficult to write and I hadn't intended on writing her until the last sentence of chapter 1 popped out of me. And with the TWSS....I was just rereading the piece for the 80th time and realized that when God said that Angela made things hard....harder than it had to be, that it was an actual and unintended TWSS. I couldn't let that go. Thanks again!
