I loved this whole story! I'll probably have something more to say after I read all the parts in the series.
Even though I love all of the Jam, I'm going to have to say that my favorite line was totally "Dwight’s a big fan of nature. He especially likes to shoot it." I giggled a lot at that. It felt a lot like something Jim would say to the camera in the show.

Heart-stopping, fabulous, amaaaazing characterization with both Pam and Jim, but especially with Jim. The whole "one look across a croweded room" thing was absolutely brilliant, and so so Jim. *adore*

One look...across a crowded room? Wonderful. Terrific. Perfect. What the love songs failed to mention, however, was what you were supposed to do, when you saw that girl, the one you wanted, and she belonged to somebody else. How come the love songs didn’t tell you that?

This is just wonderful. It is so sweet the way you show Jim & Pam subtly falling for each other from the very get go. And Jim's being more aware of it than Pam from the beginning is so true to character. I like it!

Other people mention this, but I love love love all the details you put into this. I kept smiling everytime another specific detail came up that has been mentioned in an episode. It all ties together so well!

I had a little downtime, so I caught this fic on an earlier post on TWOP, and man, am I glad I did. I love this! I like this speculation of how they started out and I think a lot of the details are really nice, like Pam calling Michael "Mr. Scott" and Dwight calling her "Pamela," and Jim having a girlfriend who he breaks up with at the beginning... it's all great. Nice work.
