Fancy meeting you here, GITC.
I read this story a while back, probably when it was first posted, before I'd officially become a member (and probably officer) of Team GITC. I was thinking about it today because I remembered loving the use of color for Ryan and Kelly's ever-weird but ever-awesome relationship. I did a little search on the site and finally found the story, but lo and behold it was also written by YOU!! Double the fun, my friend.

Aw, yay! I wish this could happen. Ryan was definitely starting to get comfortable with Kelly in his life, and I think once he settles into his new life, he'll start feeling regret. Ryan Bailey Howard totally needs Kelly ;)

I really enjoyed this. I love the way you described Ryan's new life as brown and silver, devoid of color. And how when he calls Kelly he realizes he needs her to help brighten up his life...and his apartment.

Aww. This is really nice. I like your description of his life in the city; it's very rich. I especially like how he thought things would be different, but it turns out there's no time, and he misses things from his old life.
I like how Kelly is unsurprised at his call!!

I love this. I have been rooting for Ryan and Kelly almost as much as I have for Jim and Pam (okay, not that much, but a lot!). I can imagine him having a realization such as this, and I love the imagery of the story and skillful way you wove in the colors. Beautiful work here!

You are quite the optimist! I like it, though- I always thought Ryan liked her more than he ever wanted to let on.
