Just finished reading your series of cliche stories. Really wonderful set and loved each one. The characterizations were really spot on and I still have a grin going. They were a lot of fun to read. Thanks for posting them. :)

I know I'm jumping on this bandwagon very very late, but I couldn't finish reading this wonderful original story without commenting. The unique ways you managed to bring home the cliches were quite lovely, and I thought you did a marvelous job writing a very endearing and adorable Jim/Pam relationship.

Oh. my. gosh. Miss Blue, you are truly and AMAZING author! I can't believe how true you are to the characters and how funny and witty they are and-- wow. Amazing. I can only hope you're pursuing this talent professionally, cos i think you could totally do it. I can't wait to read more!!

I have a feeling there is more to that present than Pam initially thinks. Because it is fanfic Jim, and fanfic Jim rarely does wrong.

no words to describe how sweet that scene is.

just lots of :D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Exercise is the best way to fight mental exhaustion. I walk like a kajillion times a day to deal with it. Problem is, walking around campus doesn't help get homework done. I asked my teachers, they said it didn't count and I can't get course credit *sigh* teachers.

Wow, running into a former ex (once removed), at the Jim. Wow.

But a sweet story, because he met Pam.

Story one of two that I started reading and then never finished. So, now I am finishing it.  Oh, and you like chucking laptops out windows also? So do I. However, since I am on the first floor, it doesn't really help. It just gets a bit dirty and... woodchipy (is that a word? it is now)

"He moved to her, squeezing her shoulders before wrapping his arms around her tiny, hunched-over frame." Thats such a sweet image.

Okay... I think Michael/Jan is better than Dwight/Angela....

:O.... Big Ben... Graphic... Broken Brain...

Again, I don't care how cliche this is, it still makes me smile like a little girl

Okay, so this chapter was good, but Carry on the Wayword Sun is an absolute classic.  It has 3 amazing guitar solos.  If I'd mock any guitar based music it would have to be some 80's hair metal ballad.  But I guess this is why I'm a classic rock nerd.

 Oh well ;)

Don't I feel stupid.  I kept thinking breadmaker, seriously a breadmaker?  Why wouldn't you just return it rather than repair it.  It totally works with the cliche though.  Perhaps I should pay more attention to the titles, eh?  Keep it up.

Swiffster, m'dear, this chapter is the best chapter of all the chapters. [/Roy]. :)

Seriously, though, even though I was anticipating where it was heading, I never once lost interest along the way. The ride itself was absolutely delightful, and I, for one, love that Jim and Pam's relationship has become "normal." Takes the pressure off of me out here in the real world with Mrs. Mose. :)

Other random things I loved about this chapter: Pam's mom calling Pam on the fact that even she has let the spontaneity slip; The impending "Tell-Tale Schrute" prank, (which you simply MUST write!); The fact that Angela's evolved to the point where she told a LIE to help in the charade!

Just wonderful all the way around!

Yay!  I was hoping the bread slicer was a decoy for a more romantic gift!!  And who doesn't love the "roof of love"?

BTW -- your Angela dialog was spot on!

How happy was I to receive a "favorite story update" e-mail and see it was this one. Awesome.

I love that Jim even got Angela in on the plan. Great job as always!

Hee! The Jim/Mark banter was hilarious! And, poor Pam! Just the thought of clowns scares me. I wish I had a Jim to call. ;) I'm loving these!

I love Pam's no-women-have-existed-before-me realization towards Jim.  Nice.

Author's Response: Thanks!  Love Pam to death but I think somewhere deep down it's what she believes.  That's my take on it anyway.  Thanks again for reading!

I love your premises....they are so good and not at all cliche themselves; perfect.

Author's Response: Aww thanks!  Cliches are just fun in general and I love being able to do a new take on them.  Thanks so much again for reading!

Oh, Jim.  That's what wearing your heart on your sleeve will get you.  And I think we all like our Jim with a little more weight on him than when he got back from Stamford.  Hopefully Pam will take care of that.

Author's Response: She'll start making him ham and cheese sandwiches for every meal and the pounds will come right back on.  Thanks for reading!
