These were all so moving, so real, and so sad. I think I like "Complicated" best. "She allowed herself a moment to imagine his form from this angle, reaching for a star, then shook her head. The Jim she knew didn't need to reach for anything."

So, yes, all of those I have downloaded, and many are on my favorites list *hangs head in shame*. Oh well, who really cares in the long run if I like Avril...

I like that little moment of realization. I can't quite say why its so perfect, but it is. And that is why YOU are the writer and I can review :)
I think Complicated was my favorite one... it was all angst and stuff, but really, it was just great.
Okay, no, take it back... I'm WIth You/Beach Games was just great.
I gotta just say - all those songs really do fit perfectly, even in ways that I never pictured or imagined.

It's happened to me on more than one occasion.
Complicated was fun to write. "He Wasn't" was the song I liked the most, though.

Avril Lavigne comes from a town one town over from where I live/was raised. I would have gone to high school where she went to high school (a few years difference though) except that we pretended we were Catholic so we could go to a better school.

This is different; I like it. Plus, it's refreshing to see some Avril songs other than "Girlfriend" used in a fanfic.
I also liked the comparison with Jim having large eyes to manga. :)

Actually, Pam is the one who has the anime eyes; she gazes at Jim with such large eyes that she feels like she's been drawn in the "manga" style. But you're not far off the mark. :D
