This is such a completely believable backstory for Angela.  I am looking forward to seeing where this is going.

Author's Response: I'm glad that you liked it. I was interested in the idea that Angela is the way that she is because of something that happened to her. Not just...because she is. So, that's what I tried to do. Thanks for the review Pamela Beesley.

Ha!  Of course Angela doesn't approve of picking pumpkins and gallivanting around!  Nicely done, dfg,

Author's Response: Thanks. I figured it's a struggle between Work!Angela and Relationship!Angela. And, in this instance, the latter wins. But that doesn't mean she still isn't going to judge other people. Thanks for the review lisahoo.

Oh, I'm sure nothing could go wrong.  Nope, definitely not.  ;)

Author's Response: Yeah, the next chapter will be a little more light-hearted for that reason. Schrute Farm is an interesting place.....is interesting the right word? Thanks for the review invis.

I can see that as believable back story for Angela.  Good job!

Author's Response: I'm glad that you thought so. It's as I said, kinda radical, but I thought it might be interesting and it was something that I hadn't seen before. Thanks for the review invis.

Looking forward to the next chapter.  I want to know what goes wrong.

Author's Response: Schrute Farm holds all kinds of obstacles/weird-ass things, even for Angela, who is probably somewhat used to it. Thanks for the review BlueJeanBaby.

This is really cute and I'm enjoying it so far.  I also think that you've got Angela down pat.  You figure, SOMETHING had to make her so bitchy, lol.  Seriously though I do like this and I am looking forward to your next update!

Author's Response: Thank you very much. Yeah, I mean I felt like there was a backstory there, which is what fic is all about (that and smut). But, especially after "Traveling Salesmen" when you see a different side to her character, I always wondered how she got to be the way she is. So, I'm glad that you liked it and thanks for the review kells8995.

I really loved both of these chapters.  I think it's really tough to write Angela because her character is so over-the-top, but you've done a great job with her.  Interesting to think she wasn't always so buttoned up and rigid.  Looking forward to more.

Author's Response: I'm really glad that you liked the chapters, and found her backstory interesting. It's definitely a departure for me, and what I normally write. I like to think that outside of the Office, and outside of where they are in the present, maybe a lot of the characters acted differently. Thanks for the review Sweetpea.

Wow -- you have really laid out an extensive back story for Angela.  And I like that she is thinking about trusting Pam (a little).  Keep it coming! (That's what she said, but not Angela)

Author's Response: Haha, that's true Angela would never say that. I'd never really seen a back story for Angela before, or at least one I could remember (I'm sure there have been ones) so I thought it might be interesting to invent one. She is going to have to trust Pam a little, much in the same way she did when Dwight left, to get what she wants from Dwight. Thanks for the review lisahoo.

Very interesting take on Angela Martin — I like it!  I like how you examine the different types of fears she has:  fears of inadequacy, of trust, of being alone.  Nice job.

Author's Response: Thank you. I think a lot of people have a lot of those issues anyway, but they seem very overt in Angela. I'm glad you liked my take on her, I know its pretty "different" but I hope it was interesting. Thank you for the review Vampiric Blood.
