i think you're on the right track - this was a great idea for a fic. dwight's voice was dead on AND hilarious, so well done. michael's section was good - with a little editing i think it could be flawless. actually, a great remix of this might be michael announcing this in the conference room. getting everyone's reactions might be amazing.
