Bara, you make ME happy! Loved this--Oscar's intuitiveness, the interactions between Oscar and Toby, Toby's bitterness and eventual surprise. I love the idea that Jim had good reasons for not reading the book, rather than just looking like a slacker. And they finally get to sign the love contract! Yay! GREAT job.

Aww, that was fun. The Toby characterization in S4 has been troubling, and has just made me not want to write Toby at all. What I like most here, though, is your Oscar. He's sort of an unsung, really decent solid guy, and I really appreciate your take on him here.
