This characterization of Jim kind of drives me crazy. We all remember he's going home with Karen, right? He has a girlfriend and really obviously didn't *want* to be Pam's friend. He's not the victim here. He was a jerk to Pam and she moved on. I'm a JAM junkie and I love when they end up together, but treating Jim as a victim here doesn't sit well.
It's a very entertaining story! Thank you for writing!

This is delightful and fun. The OCs are good but don't take over the story too much (and were necessary in context too, which helps). I was worried you'd have the jobs or Jake be too much for them and linger it out, but I'm very glad you did what you did. Thanks for writing it.

Wow. Just wow. There's so much to love about this story now that I finished that I don't even know where to begin. First off, wonderful ending. The way everything came together, how all of their plans worked out, it was such a perfect ending. I loved their time together back in Scranton and how after waiting all this time, they finally are truly together. Your writing of their lovemaking was very good as well as their thoughts of that momentous event afterward.

I like how protective Jim's brother was of him and didn't immediately warmed up to the idea of Jim and Pam together. It's very realistic to feel that way about someone who have the power to hurt your siblings. But I'm even more glad when Jake came around and was happy for them. The Halpert parents are great, liking Pam because she makes Jim happy.

Love the way both of you created how Jim got the job and Pam deciding to move with him. It was perfect the way they talked it out and realized that as long as they have each other, it'll be find no matter the location. I truly love this story.

Overall, excellent, excellent job! And thank you so very much for writing this wonderful story.

I apologize for not leaving a review for each of the chapters because I truly like all of them. But then I got caught up when reading and had to remind myself to review (not because I didn't want to but because I'm anxious to read the next chapter!). I like how Pam's sister called him and gave him the courage to go to Pam in NY. It made me all kind of happy when reading their day in the park. So sweet! I'm so glad to know Jim's happier now that he and Pam are once again talking, joking, and making plans to see one another.

And their confessions of love to each other was so, so sweet. It's about time. I really appreciate all the details provided. Another great chapters.

I can't rave enough about this story. It makes me sad that I didn't discover it until later, when neither of you wonderful authors read these reviews anymore so I can't properly thank you for writing. Thank you for putting your time and energy into this story and sharing it with the readers.

Okay...onto the review for the chapter. I love this chapter so, so much. The fact that Jim was jealous over Aidan because let's face it, he's still not over her. I love the way you wrote Jim and Pam, tiptoeing over each other and not saying what they need to say. I also like how you wove the episode Phyllis' Wedding into your storyline and made it work. The dance Jim and Pam shared was so heart-breaking, but I have faith that the other chapters will be happier.

Again, thank you!

This chapter was so good. Jim asking Phyllis for Pam's email, reading it over and over and then looking her profile up was so poignant. I really enjoyed seeing Pam in a different environment and having a roommate that is as cool as Natalie. And yay to the fact that Jim took the first step to email Pam. It's a bit mean of me but I like the fact that he's getting a taste of what it must have been like for Pam while he's in Stamford.

First off, I love the premise of this story. The idea that it's Pam who left instead of Jim (twice) is just so great! And the fact that she took the chance by asking Jan for that internship in NYC is great as well. My favorite is probably the fact that she didn't tell Jim because of the way he was treating her, he didn't deserved to know. But the way you wrote his reaction to finding out Pam left, I just can't help but feel a bit sorry for him (until I realized that he's still with Karen). I can't wait to continue reading this and is so happy that it is completed! Great job!

What a great narrative description of "The Merger." Also good job on describing Pam's sadness after Jim rejected her.

I'm so lazy about writing reviews, but I DO love puppies! And I more than owe you a review by now! I've been missing this story! I really liked this chapter...really like that you're addressing the issues Pam would be dealing with....that "oh my gosh, this is really happening" kind of shock and the fall-out. Well done! I'm so glad you all got some time to write! Love it!

Author's Response: Thank you so much for your review! We am glad you like the chapter! Next one will hopefully be coming soon! Thanks for reading!

First time reviewer here. I'm loving the story, and loved the huge progress they've made in their relationship lately.

One thing with this latest chapter, though. There are references to Jon/Jonathan and Jake in this chapter, so Jim's brother seems to be a bit inconsistent!

Author's Response: thanks for the review and catching our mistake!

?Tonight? No?I?m still getting settled.? He could see the disappointment in her face almost immediately. If he were here (oh...if wishing made it so) he would have seen the same look on my face.

You made me feel Pam's anxiety!

I hope our Jimmy boy starts tripping all over Pam again soon. Sad Pam makes me sad...

So good! Off to read the next chapter...
