A great juxtaposition between the old Pam, who chickened out of opportunity, and the new Pam released by Jim Halpert and her own self-development. The dialogue was definitely in character.

Abso-frickin-lutely. That's the beauty in not caring much about your job. You can pretty much find that anywhere. Jim & Pam may not know exactly where they are headed, but you can bet the beet farm that they're going there together.

I really loved this. Oh, my supportive Jim and my fluffy couple... This is completely how I see it playing out; and I don't think Jim would be worried about a move because honestly, he could easily find a job in New York, especially being close to David Wallace.
Loved the throw-back to "Boys and Girls" and your use of quotes.
