Utterly divine! I loved Michael in Chapter 2 sending his second congratulatory message in glittery text and wedding bells that caused Pam's computer to crash. So Michael-like. This is such a wonderful story. You have captured Jim and Pam with such a fine pointed pen....

I can't wait to see more of your work.

Fantastic! I loved this. I can't wait to see more from you. It was really evocative- the newness of the relationship is still there, but tempered with the synergy of the couple that just "fits" well together. Excellent.

This is one of my favourite Jam stories...ever. Seriously, it's that good. I love the imagery in your writing and your characterization is perfect because even though they're evolving (Pam especially), it's plausible and realistic without being far fetched and corny. Lovely story...thanks so much for sharing and I can't wait for whatever else you have in store!

This was such a gorgeous story. Everything about it was so tangible and evocative, all your wording and description lyrical and atmospheric in quality. You really drew Pam so beautifully, touching on her insecurities and always burgeoning strength. I also appreciated what you did with Jim as well as their relationship. One of my favorite touches were the sweet little Jewish widows who lived nearby. You have my grandmother in Canarsie down :) I really hope we get to read more from you, as this one is already a favorite and you've made me greedy.

OK, just read this again--couldn't resist.  I'm hoping hoping HOPING that you'll consider a fic detailing their wedding.  I just know that your version of their wedding would be amazing.  Think about it?  Pretty please?

I absolutely loved everything about this story.  Your writing is just lovely and your characters feel so real.  Your summer is the summer I want them to have!  Just...guh.  Gorgeous.  Looking forward to more of your work.

Talkative, words cannot adequately express my love for this story.  What an ending!  Absolutely loved the idea of Pam sketching Jim and then (hmmm...) inadvertently (I think) sharing her sketches with Phyllis and Oscar and their (and Jim's) reactions.

Loved this:  "Eh, why give him the satisfaction?" He kisses her and lifts one of her legs over his hip. "No. Just - quiet. Slow." She kisses her agreement.

and this:  Kelly swoons back against Oscar's chair and says, "He's totally hot, you know. Don't tell Darryl I said that. But he's totally hot. Like goofy and geeky and you'd never expect it, but if you think about it a little, you're, like, sure he knows how to mess. you. up. He does, right?" Pam hesitates a bit too long before replying and Kelly claps her hands, eyes shining.

I'm so sorry to see this end.  You have no idea how much I'm looking forward to what you next have in store.  You are such a talent.

That was lovely... Flowy and awww worthy and funny... all things that a Jim and Pam fiction should be. I loved your writing style and your characterizations of Jim and Pam, the rest of the office, and the new characters in the city! Hope to see more from you!

"Simultaneous wedding planning and apartment hunting inspires another mix cd - the "Have We Lost Our Fucking Minds?" mix (Tricky, Beck, M.I.A, more Radiohead, Tori Amos). pmhalpert writes - "probably."

That was probably my favorite line, but honestly, all of it is beautiful! I love the widows giving her gifts and the save the date cards and the sketches and Jim's brothers and the new house and *sigh* just lovely.

Bashert is a big fan of the song and of the fic. Seriously.

I have a strange urge to thank you, but I just really really really loved this story. You took the characters and pushed them into new territories while still making it all so believable because their essences are the same. Pam is growing, yet that doesn't mean it's away from Jim. I'm glad they had the conversation about what he wants, probably out of Pam's desire for Jim to feel the same sense of accomplishment as she does. (And thanks for not lingering on it either, since that's also true.)

And even with all this wonderful Jim and Pam characterization, you still manage to add in Oscar's "Very, very nice", which had me laughing out loud.

All of this was just wonderful. Thank you.

Author's Response: Honestly, nimble? I cracked myself up, too, when I initially thought of Oscar's little comment. Thanks for your review. :)

Could this story have gotten any better? No! Thanks again, Talkative! Hmm. I'm thinking sequel in addition to the prequel...the wedding, perhaps? What was going on with Jim these three months, perhaps? No pressure, lol. Brilliant, and I'm looking forward to your next work. A side note..I like the idea of Jim being upwardly mobile in the company without officially taking Ryan's job. This is what I'd like to see happen on the show.

Author's Response: "What was going on with Jim these three months, perhaps?" Yeah, this has occurred to me, but I'm not convinced that there's enough there. I'll have to think about it. I'd kind of like to know what he's thinking, watching Pam go through all of this.
