I cannot tell you how much I love this. It's sweet without being over the top and is in many ways makes more emotional sense and is a more natural outgrowth of their arcs than canon (along with avoiding some of the TV-drama necessitated delays).

I really liked this. I actually think it's a lot more realistic than what we've seen on the show. But that's because the show has to come up with some way to keep Jim and Pam at Dunder Mifflin, which really doesn't seem like something that they would do outside of the show's constraints. Anyway, nice job on this. It's really well written and made for a good Saturday-morning, still-in-bed read. I'm not sure if your target audience was lazy people who don't feel like accomplishing anything until at least noon, but it worked for me. ;)

This is how it should have gone. Think of how much angst it would have avoided on our parts as well. *grin*

::sigh:: What a nice twist on the past.  I loved this a lot! Especially Pam telling him she loved him 27 - no 30 times.  :-)

I loved this. So compact and concise and perfectly perfect. This is exactly how it should/could have gone.

Perfection. Seriously. There isn't a sentence in here that I don't love.

Never apologize for post-Casino Night fic, bashert, especially one as sweet as this.  If only...

LOVE this fic. What a great look at how things might have gone differently. And I like that Pam still ended up at Pratt. Great fic.

No such thing as enough post Casino Night fics. Especially when they end like this. This was great! Nice work!

This? Is emotionally magnificient. I love how you use details from the "real" timeline (the good-bye carnival, Roy's explosive temper, the Pratt design program) to make this seem real and possible and only just slightly removed from what we really got. It could have gone down this way. It could have.

Nope, we can't have enough post-Casino Night stories. These little what-if scenarios are great. They keep me from yelling at the TV. It's amazing how one little turn, like Pam picking up the phone, can change everything. In this case, for the better, which is always nice to see. This was great, bashert. Thanks for writing it.
