Ah, the joys of trying to have a sex life with little kids... ha! I really like your characterizations here— you capture their voices very well. So cute, and such a lovely look at their happily ever after.

Author's Response: Aw! Thank you for that. I think these two deserve a little happy ever after (even if they have to get creative with kiddos around). :) You're so talented and I am thrilled to see you participating in this small but mighty fandom again. A review from you is so appreciated.

This was great fun with just so much going on. Jim being there for Pam. Gooey married fluff. Jim and Pam actually becoming JAM. Great call back to the simple costumes Jim's had in the past. Nice steamy moments too.

Great job.

Author's Response: Thanks, Warrior! Gooey married fluff is my favorite so I am sucker for it. I'm glad you liked it. Thank you for the kind review!

Ohmygosh, there is SO MUCH that is wonderful about this story. First, I LOVE that it is present-day because I get to visualize them living their happy, happy lives TODAY, just a half-a-country away. And the PB&J references? Ha! Candy for breakfast? Exactly what I was doing when I read this! And DC, you do lovely racy/hot stuff! And Mary Poppins!!!!! WOW! Blown away my dear!!! This review would have more, but I, too, have to get ready for work! Just wow!

Author's Response:

Oh, man, Clover! This review is so nice. Really, you just hit on so many little things that made me smile while writing it (and I feel like I'm eating candy during all meals, but, yeah at breakfast, too.) Thank you! I really should have given you a shout-out as well for listening to me whine at 1 AM (eastern time) about how to end this silly thing. You're a doll and always so encouraging. Thank you!

This is the life I want for Jim and Pam! This morning scene nails everything that is perfect about them and I laughed at the “I just ran 7 miles” mockery because I’m definitely on Team Candy for Breakfast.

It might have taken him a few hours but Jim’s going to save Halloween! I really like how while it’s not His holiday, he’s still really off balance without it and now he’s bringing it back into Pam’s life because you know, Happy Wife, Happy Life, right?

“I let Big Phil use the knives and CeCe bought the wine.” That line deserves its own shoutout.

And then there’s Big Phil busting up a good thing not once, but twice in the same day. I hope they took a decent amount of his candy for payback.

Oh, that ending! Halloween is saved! And you literally turned them into PB & J.

DC, this is Jim and Pam living their best lives and I’m SO happy that my gentle and encouraging prodding didn’t annoy you into not writing this. :)

Author's Response:

Yea!! I was hoping you would like it; I'm so glad you did! I know it's completely different, but "Practical Magic" completely inspired this fic. Thanks for sharing those specifics you enjoyed. And, yes your gentle and encouraging prodding absolutely kept me going...as did the visuals of Mose and Michael chasing me with machetes until I was done...  I like how you forgot to mention that little tactic you used as well. :)  Oh, and for all your ending recommendations (from our chat session), I am ABSOLUTELY keeping those in mind for future fics.  Thank you!!

Uhm. Hi. This was adorably perfect. I’ll leave something more coherent when I’m not late for work.

Author's Response: Ugh, waking up to an "adorably perfect" review from you is the best. Thank you!
