Okay, to be honest, I didn't expect at all that artsy-fartsy Pam Beesly was (and is) such a sports fan. But, I guess, it's quite logical (unexpected, but still logical) and it's nice to look at the character from a different angle :)

How do you manage to inject a moment of pure sweetness into every chapter without it coming across too cheesy? Somehow you make it work every time. This was lovely. I like Pam’s enthusiasm for a sport she doesn’t really understand, and all the justification as to why that may be.
I’m looking forward to seeing how they go with Ryan/Jan!

Great to see that they can enjoy a sports game like this. Yes they're making up for lost time, and in the best ways possible.
