Oh, I love that Pam had some 'girl time' with Kelly and that Kelly was over Ryan - or, at least, doing her best to be over him (please, please, please, let Kelly be happy and valued!)
And Jim's reaction on Pam's date is precious. And I hope Pam won't be banned from Cugino's :)

Author's Response: Thank you! I am not sure how I am going to deal with Ryan/Kelly, but she does deserve some happiness...

Amazing! You wrote Kelly so well, Ryan being the rice of the relationship had me chuckling. What a way to end the date, it was so nice that Jim understood that Pam wouldn’t want to disappoint her.
And you can’t beat a classic TWSS joke ;)

Author's Response: Thank you! I like an understanding Jim...

Oh boy, I loved the prank on Dwight. I think my favorite moment was Stanley not even being called in on it, but still going along with it, ignorance or not.

“I am not the rice of a relationship.” This is perhaps my favorite comparison of all time and I kind of wish I had heard it when I was dating & used it in every breakup ever...

That double date was absolute perfection. I love the idea of Pam getting banned from another place. I also loved that she supported Kelly despite the sheer awkwardness of not actually being single...

Author's Response: Thank you!!!

I kinda like it that they're not really advertising the fact they're together. Though when that comes out, a whole year early in this world, I'm sure it'll be interesting to say the least.

Nice job on post-break up Kelly. I think it's very in character for her to just ramble on like that. Also I like how you've got Jim and Pam here. They realize Kelly's going through something and so rather than hurt her more, they go along with the plan.

Nice to see a non-jealous Jim too. I'm sure he's not thrilled about Pam going out on a date while he's not there, but the fact he doesn't blow a gasket about it I'm sure is a big relief to Pam considering who would be the jealous type.

Oh Pam, you keep getting yourself kicked out of places. Good thing there's still Olive Garden to go to. After all Jim does love Italian food.

Lots of fun here in AU S3.

Author's Response: Thank you! I really prefer non-jealous Jim, especially if they're already together, so I had to write it. And yes, Olive Garden does seem the next place, not that they'll necessarily go there but...

Nice way of f working the convention and the date in! Jim was very understanding.
Jellybeans!!!

Author's Response: Thank you! I've read a lot of fics here where he isn't (in an AU where they're dating at this point) and I figured a counterpoint was worth writing.

I snorted myself when I read that their night out was at Applebees and they got kicked out. This was a funny update!

Author's Response: Thank you!

The Kelly characterisation here was great. The bulldozing into a double date was on point, and getting banned from another restaurant was just icing on top.

We're definitely still wil you here!

Author's Response: Thank you! I tried to stay true to both the universe I've made and the actual episode.

This is soooooo very Dwight:
“As you would know if you kept your ears open. A good salesman is always listening.” He creased the edge of a piece of paper for no reason Jim could see. “Always. Listening.”
The prank and the dialogue was just like Jim and Pam.
I like that the story is still continuing in the original timeline with the convention and the blind date, but with a new set of circumstances.
This story is still so fun! Glad you're continuing.
Thanks for writing!

Author's Response: Thank you! I love writing Dwight in little snippets like that, so I'm glad it worked for you. I'm extra glad you're still with me for it! Thanks.
