This slow burn you've got going with them is killing me! Really feels like Jim's defenses are getting worn down. He fumbles with the receptionist when he'd normally be pretty suave with her. Likewise he takes her to the special pizza place. Not even to mention all the flirting they're doing with each other.
Feels like a fairly big revelation for Pam too. Her finding out that Jim would reserve such a special place for a special woman. She may have gotten treated like a princess before, but something tells me that this date would be quite a bit more romantic.
I do wonder what it's going to take for them to finally get over themselves and realize how much they like each other. Of course there will probably be a few landmines that go off in that regard, but seriously, they can't hide their feelings for each other forever. Especially now that that they're telling people they're in a relationship. K

You know what the problem with this story is? The chapters, no matter how long you make them, are just never long enough!!! Eugh, why couldn't you just carry on writing for forever?

So the tension is starting to ratchet up that's for sure. The one thing I'll say about Pam is she's good at denying her feelings. Yes, she was being jealous, yes she does think Jim is attractive. Danny might treat her nicely, but Jim keeps her on her toes. After all even she admitted to herself that it's because of Jim not anyone else that she's even on the road for an interview at Pratt. Should be really interesting to see what the trip brings.
Though if they are going to go through with this whole fake relationship thing, Jim needs to start pulling his head out of his ass and stop flirting with any woman he sees. We know he has feelings for Pam. If he turned back the jerk and kept his normal charm where it is, it feels like it could prove more than worthwile.

Looking forward to NY and seeing if I can really get past slutty Jim's constant sexcapades of the last 6-7 years. Pam probably deserves Danny, but I still always want Jim/Pam in the end.
