I am actually *slightly* with Pam's parents here on her hopefully eventually moving out (fancy new Beesley style: bring on Pam 2.0). And being able to paint in the colour she actually wants. I love that her thoughts go straight to telling Jim on the fact that she hasn't painted in a while.

Also: argh again on the almost deleting the texts! I've never been so worried about unknown numbers. Please let them continue swerving these disasters, lol.

Pam's conversation with her mom is very sweet - I'm glad she's happy for her, I really like the way you've written their relationship. And then Jim's texts! 😍

Author's Response: She does need to become FNB. She's working on it! Thanks about the texts: I'm glad that worked for you!

I truly wanted to write a more detailed review, but everything I can do now is smiling (and making more awww noises). There's a lack of fluff in my life recently, so thank you for filling this void with your chapters!

Author's Response: Thank you! I try to be as fluffy as possible so that's very high praise!

This really is doing all sorts of good for Pam - including making her realize how badly she needs her own space again.

Author's Response: Yes, getting her to move on is a key part of the dynamic here!

Despite the fact she's back in her childhood home, it does feel very home like. Her dad having a place to escape to read his novels. Her mom ruling the house from the kitchen. All sorts of warm fuzzies. I liked the discussion Pam and Helene had. Nice to see they have a good relationship like that. Can't wait to see the full remodel.

Author's Response:

I always write early-season Helene for that exact reason. I like that relationship and I want Pam to get that support where she needs it.

That's what she said.
