Mmmm...delicious Valentine's Day banter! But wait, if they don't have dinner or see a movie what will they....???? Hee! You dirty minded Jammer. Love the paper crane too. Thanks for bringing balance to the universe for my angsty drabbles. What would I do without you?

Author's Response:

What would I do without you?

Sadly, you will never have the joy of finding out. ;-)  (and don't pretend you don't love the idea of them ditching the whole dinner and movie cliche....!)

That was just unbelievably sweet!  I love that they would communicate through little messages left around.  What a fun read!

Oh fluffy goodness how I love thee.

These were fantastic. Especially loved the call back to the paper crane.

This is why fanfic was invented. So lovely and sweet and the way things COULD be if only! Thanks for writing!

YAY!  A parking lot scene the way it SHOULD be!  (I hope!)

bless you. this is simple and beautiful."i can i do and i always have. so true and simple. a lot of fics have these big long out declarations, but with them i think it's kind of simple.

i also like that these things take time, and of course that it was all pam. cause i think it needs to be.

cross fingers for the screen writers to follow your vision.

This was so original! I loved the notes as the thread through the whole piece. Glad to see Pam giving to Jim. And I adored this line: Finally there will be a parking lot conversation that ends the way it should.

Yay!!!  I'm loving the way these are building.

Coat in her hand, Pam's smile said she knew how tired and frustrated he was.

The tiniest of criticisms:  the structure of this line makes it sound like Pam's smile has the coat.

Author's Response: hehe - you are right!  I'll try to adjust it.  Thanks!

Moxie, these are the most delightful things I've read in a while. So sweet and light and still full of feeling. Especially love Pam's note in the 4th chapter, and of course the end. Adorable.

I can see Valentine's day 07 being a romantic Jim/Pam event...which is why it probably won't happen this way. Each of your drabbles brought them just that much closer to where they should be. Bravo.

"Understand this - I can, I do, I always have. " - great line, I can't wait for Pam to actually come out and say (write, semaphore, Morse code) it to Jim.
