Ooooh, let the games begin! Now she's his secretary, woohoo! Love the flirting between them and, of course, the UST.
Keep up the great work with this.

...in her breathiest voice...
Um, yeah. "Private Eye". You kinkster.
When you were describing her dress, I kept thinking, I hope there's no Angela in this office - oh, wait, it's the 50s - they're all Angela!
At any rate, I like the boldness of Pam here, even if she doesn't really know what the effect is on Jim.

I am SO happy to see you continuing this. I just love the setting and the story and the characterizations and the details. And I think I want her dress. ...and, umm...."Mr. Halpert" indeed! Yes, I can agree with Nomad's assessment.

OMG, Pam & Jim with the 'hard boiled' detective banter -- too freaking cute. (Are costumes next? hee!)

I love this chapter too. I can hear Jim joking around with her....and they're into role playing huh? Interesting...
I could also completely envision the look on Jim's face when he saw her in the dress, made my heart pitter patter.
Lovely job.

I'm usually wary of AU's - so hard to pull off well (with notable exceptions like the amazing Hope) but I really think you're making it work here. They still seem like themselves yet the retro vibe comes thru too. Looking forward to more!

Aww, that was the cutest exchange in his office! I could just hear him speaking that. Jim needs to ..... do something. About Roy. Run him over with his Caddy.
