Evasive by juicebox
Summary: It's a poem about Jim/Pam, with reference to the new seating arrangements after the merger and the missed phone call in Diwali. You kind of have to sing it a little bit.

Author's Notes:
I was thinking of Jim and Pam's relationship and the first word that popped into my head was "evasive", so this was born.

We have always been evasive, guess evasive’s what we are
If you always talk in circles then you’ll never get too far
You look at me when my back is turned
I know you stare, but I don’t say a word
Cause we’ve always been evasive, and evasive’s what we are.

It’s half past one when I call your phone
And I’m not surprised when nobody’s home
But I don’t leave a message, though you know I’ve called
Then we don’t say a word, barely speak at all.
Cause we’ve always been evasive

Guess that’s just the way we are.

End Notes:
I feel like I should really have these for some reason.
