I've never contributed here but I've read a lot, and all you talented people made me want to give it a try.  The 55-word structure helped me get started.

His Days by MollyDaniels

Every morning, he wakes with a feeling of contentment.  Another day together.

He finds himself planning weekends, thinking of ways to pull their lives together.

Evenings are warm, easy.  They anchor each other after the day's nonsense.

At night, he sighs.  The laugher is good.  Her love is everything, but he needs...more than that.
