“Where do you see yourself in ten years?”

With Pam.

Her, holding our son, watching warmly, as I chase our daughters around the garden on a hot summer’s day. A game of catching, tickling, laughter.

With my family.

It’s a repressed fantasy.

Now, perhaps, a glimpse of what could be.

“David, I can’t do this.”

This was originally going to be a longer piece of fluff where Jim's dream came true, but then this sort of happened instead. I hope it still conveys the message. It's amazing how much you can deliberate over 55 words, especially when 8 of them are pre-scripted. Feedback Welcomed :)
