You guys guilt-tripped me on the boards.  You also flattered me and stroked my ego, so thank you a million times for that, I can't believe people are still reading my stuff, it's amazing and humbling and makes me all red-faced with pride.  Plus I was so moved by the end of this most recent episode I actually wanted to write something (which hasn't happened in a while.)  So here you go, a post-ep for The Manager and The Salesman in which Pam Beesly waxes poetics about why she's glad Jim has been "demoted."
