Jim receives a peculiar call from Pam in the middle of the night that slowly turns into a habit for the pair.

Multi-Chapter, set after Booze Cruise.

Based loosely on the lyrics to "Wake Me Up" by Billy Currington (wait, I'm writing a fic based on a song?!? Who would've thought? ;) 

The Office meets Parfumerie/She Loves Me/Shop Around the Corner/You've Got Mail. Pam and Jim meet earlier in life in AOL trivia chatrooms without knowing who each other are. 

In addition to the above-mentioned sources, also owes a lot to a number of fics on this site, most notably Expressions in Emoticons and the Love-Song of Squirrel McPants. 

Now Complete: AU, starting before S1 (and thus also a Prior Meeting), running into S2.

AU: Dunder Mifflin and the characters are real, but subject to a media and internet blackout about their own show. Pam gets suspicious when a simple search for "jam" returns an error code saying it is related to the show. 

 Set somewhere vaguely in an AU S2. 

Pam decides to write angry letters without sending them. Or, well, the modern equivalent thereof. A fun little romp of a story!

AU: Canon divergence. Pam doesn't get back together with Roy in season 3. She leaves the wedding when he asks her to dance. They are not together for her art show. They don't go to Poor Richard's, she doesn't tell him about the kiss with Jim, and he never tries to attack Jim in the office. 

While MTT was down for a brief time one night, I wrote a couple 55 word fics in the TWOP thread about Jim and Pam reading fanfic. I will likely continue this as a long running series, referencing my favorite stories and also newer stories as they come about.
