Yes! This is the line I've been dying to read since the beginning of the season! I feel like we've already seen so many grand gestures from Jim (though I loved the kiss in 'Money' - don't get me wrong) and I am DYING to see Pam make something approaching a grand gesture and show that she's "all in" too.

Really excellent job. You have a way of delving into Jim's bruised and slightly out of control psyche at that point in late season two, without making him too overly dramatic.
The last scene was fabulous. Really great work as always!

So glad to hear you say that my Jim comes off as bruised / out of control without being overdramatic -- so relieved, actually, to hear you say that, because I think in a lot of my earlier fics, I was *definitely* guilty of melodrama, particularly when it came to Jim (and still am, to some degree).
