I've been reading, but all kinds of work has kept me from reviewing like I should have, but I wanted to take this free moment to tell you how much I've loved this story. So creative and well done. It was great. :)
Author's Response: Thank you so very much, carbondalien, I'm so glad you've enjoyed it!

They were all fantastic, but I would have to say this is my favorite because, well, my love for Kelly knows no bounds. "He knows who he is." Hahahaha.
Author's Response: Thanks, carbondalien! I adore Kelly and I loved making her Hollywood career successful. She'd fit in so well!

Oh, Angela. I'm a sucker for all things Angela (and Kelly), so this hit the spot. And it's so in character for her because there's no way Angela Martin is stepping down from her high horse. Great job. :)
Author's Response: Thank you! Angela hardly ever lets go of anything, so I think Angela and Dwight are in for a bumpy ride.

I have to mention some lines I loved, because they were just genius.
"He worries about salmonella in the food she eats..." Can't really explain it. Just love this.
"Epic fail..." How much do I love that Pam says epic fail? SO much. I bet she loves lolcats too.
"By the way Pam, I think about you dying sometimes in horrific ways" Smooth, Jim. Very smooth. ;)
"or had no arms or legs" Just the fact that it's one of the first places she goes. Maybe it's all the talk about the bayler?
Well, I must say this was fantastic. Loved every minute of it. :)
Author's Response: I\'m so glad you liked it! Yes, I\'m pretty sure Pam is a huge lolcat fan, and if Jim lost his arms and legs, it would definitely be the bayler\'s fault, and I would hope Pam would still love him. I love that you love the line about the salmonella! Epic success! Thanks for reading!
You had forgotten that this parking lot was haunted.
A bit of Jim's introspection after Toby's party. Spoilers for the finale, obviously.

"That over time and with a healthy dose of happiness you could exorcise the ghosts here with a cross made from #2 pencils and holy water synthesized from grape soda and things could be different."
Bam. Right there. This is fantastic work, just absolutely smashing. The imagery is brilliant (in the entire piece, not just the line I quoted).
Author's Response: Thank you so much!

I never thought about applying "BFD, engaged ain't married" to the Dwight/Angela tag. Makes sense though. Anyway, this fic was excellent. I especially loved the line about Andy stealing every clap of thunder from the sky. Fantastic.
“Are you awake?”Â
A Tuesday morning someday in the future.
I have only have one warning about this fic: not everything is how it first appears.

That was fantastic. The bit with the magnifying glass was a great image. I could almost see it in my head. And days slipping like soap suds? Brilliant. Super job, loved it.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Don't take this the wrong way, but... you should go for that job.
What would have happened if Jim had taken that job in Maryland after all? Season Two angst - spoilers for Halloween through Email Surveillance, then goes AU from there.

Well, I love this. (I had a similar idea about Jim taking this sort of job, but that's taking forever for me to put together.) Anywho, I especially loved the line in this chapter about tsunamis and how they happen and Pam might be starting her own tsunami-like life change.
And it would be realistic that Pam could register for classes in one week, depending on the school. She would probably be taking them at Luzerne County CC though, since they offer more than Lackawanna - and Luzerne's registration process is quick like a bunny. But this is all probably too much reality for one review, haha. At any rate, super job - I love it. :)
Author's Response: Hey carbondalien! See, I should have consulted you before posting this chapter - it's all in the details, after all ;) Thanks for the kind review!
Pam needs someone to save her. Help is just a phone call away. Takes place during Back From Vacation.
It had always amused me that apparently the DM receptionists talk to each other about gossip (courtesy of Branch Wars) and I wanted to explore that. Also, apparently Rolando is flaming gay in my head, so... there's that.

I also tend to believe that about Rolando. And may or may not be working on something where he's mixing margaritas and possibly wearing short-shorts. But, um, anyway, haha. I've always thought the idea of the receptionists gossiping is interesting as well. I've always heard that you should be nice to receptionists and janitors because they always know everything that's going on - and what's going on here is a good example of that, in a fun way. Anyway, all this rambling can be cut down to: great job and I love how you managed to convey the relationship between them and make it obvious they talk often without needing a million words to do so. Bravo.
But baby I won't be there to catch you when you fall. 'Cause I'm always your last call...

Well, I should be doing a paper, but I thought reading this would be more enjoyable. And IT WAS. It so was. The "cockroach night" was beautiful in its sadness for Pam. Loved the description. This is a fantastic start. I look forward to more. :)
Author's Response: Thank you so much! What a kind review, I really really appreciate it. Unfortunately this story has always been a oneshot in my mind, so I don't think I'll be continuing it, but I hope to write more fics pretty regularly now. Thank you again!

I loved this. I loved going through and trying to figure out who was who.
Annnd I smiled so wide at "Sometimes I get jealous of refrigerators." Brilliant.
Excellent job. :)

You're right. I did want to review. Because this is fantastic. I was going to throw in what lines I felt were super, but there's just so many genius descriptions and things in here. The image of him bruising where he'd held her too close was fantastic. This was so well done. :)
