This is essentially my take on the "unseen" challenge. I've written a couple of these, and I originally thought I'd do one for every episode, but I'm thinking that's too ambitious for me -- especially when someone else has already done it so perfectly. But for what it's worth....

10 I don't know, I think Jim exhibited an extreme amount of control for someone that drunk. With the way Pam just keeps pushing him, I'm a little surprised more didn't come of this. I'm just aching for him (sigh).
Also, I should let you know that I bought the Snow Patrol CD this weekend...my husband asked why and all I could tell him was that it was highly recommended. It's great, so thank you for that too!
Yeah, I guess he did, given how drunk he was. I ache for him, too. I mean, I write him into these horribly dark places, then I sit around feeling sorry for him....gah! HE ISN'T REAL! (I have the hardest time believing that.)
And yay for the Snow Patrol CD! I listen to it every single time I write - it's all I listen to, tracks 3, 6, & 7 on repeat. I blame 7 fully for all this angst of late. :o)

It still amazes me how quickly you posted new chapters while keeping them well thought-out and well written. I don't know if you'll continue this set with the new season, but I look forward to reading anything you write. :)
10 God you make me want Jim ... I mean more than I already did -- which is amazing. You did a great job of really exploring the depths of Pam's denial this chapter and while I admire Jim's restraint, I can't wait until he breaks.
Future fic, but with some imagined back-story for Jim as well.8 Good job on the whole story - angst-y and sweet and a happy ending!

I have decided to expand on the idea of Codename: Chicken Plate. This will be my take on the emails, phone calls and conversations we missed over the summer and for the first part of Season 3 (until Pam and Jim actually communicate themselves) My idea is that Jim knows exactly what happened between Pam and Roy and knows exactly what is going on in Pam's life right now even if WE don't see it.

I have to commend you for Jonathan's reaction. People have been handling Pam with kid gloves for too long. She grew up some in breaking up with Roy and moving out on her own, but she still has a long way to go.
