Lovely, as usual. Jim's career crisis is making for some truly great fic, all around, but I really loved the subtle melancholy tinged with hope that this fic had. Truly terrific.

Adorable and funny! I could totally relate. When I was around 7 I actually sobbed until my dad shaved off some hideous mutton chops he had grown. My mom thanked me later for being her ace in the hole. :-)

Oh, SweetPea. I'm already so excited. New stories from you are like a gift, really. Beautiful first chapter and I love the idea of Jim-as-teacher. It suits him so perfectly.
