Date: March 11, 2010 Title: Chapter 3: Where the hands go is kind of like slow dancing
You do amazing young Jim and Pam, I am so happy that the end of Smelden and the Muffin, doesn't mean the end of your young Jim and Pam.
Now will you please explain why Pam was a no-show at the 1992 bonfire?
Author's Response: Yes'm.
Young Pam and Jim are a lot of fun, both to write and to read. And speaking of read, anyone know where OnlyOneKitchen is? Let's get on with The Boy Next Door!!
Thanks for reading, I'm glad you enjoyed it. And yes, I'll explain why Pam was a no show.
Date: March 12, 2010 Title: Chapter 4: Sometimes you smell like peaches. Sometimes I want to throw up in my mouth.
Aww, poor Young Pam, injuring herself before her date with Young Jim. Poor Young Jim, getting stood up by the first girl he kissed.
I enjoyed getting the same story as last chapter, from Jim's POV. Looking forward to wherever this story is taking us....
PS-I miss OnlyOneKitchen too.
Author's Response: Sometimes those two just don't get a break, do they? Poor kids.
Thanks!
Date: March 15, 2010 Title: Chapter 5: I don’t want some pretty face to tell me pretty lies
Say it ain't so! Over already?!? Seems too soon, but I am really looking forward to the epilogues you have planned.
Another job well done.
Author's Response: Thank you! I'm sorry if it seems short, but there just felt like a natural end point for this story. I'll look forward to your thoughts on the epilogues and hope to hear from you in the future. Thanks again for taking the time!
Somewhere in January 2007, season three.

Ugh, poor poor Pam, I felt all that uneasiness she was feeling. But she has to stay and make sure Jim gets better. While at work, his 'girlfriend' didnt seem overly concerned, and he clearly is extremely sick and needs someone to look after him.
But, while I, like Pam, noticed that Jim mentioned Karen, it did seem as if she was mentioned in a past tense. 'Karen said', not 'Karen says', like present tense. But that all could be me wishing over-ness on that relationship.
Anyways, thanks so much for the update. Now about another story of yours.... Two??? {I'll take a super short update even, just don't let it be dead, please}
Date: May 11, 2010 Title: Chapter 8: Chapter 8
Impressed with the speed of your posting, yes I am.
But I also am so impressed with how well you conveyed the feelings of Pam while using minimal dialog between she and Sick Jim. Awesome work, as usual.
Okay, so, one question down, Jim and Karen seem to have taken the trip to Kaputsville, which is great. But when Pam was in her head in this chapter trying to sort it all out, we got that Jim was free, but she also doesn't seem to have the thought process of a married woman? But she still speaks of marrying the wrong man? So, although one question is answered, I remain confused...
Date: May 19, 2010 Title: Chapter 9: Chapter 9
Again, ovations for you Yanana.
While chapter 9 is same day as chapter 1, I have to let you know, I didn't really take note of that until you mentioned it. The reason for that is most certainly the fact that you are doing an amazing job of advancing the story and giving me lots to stay interested in NOW in the story.
I look forward to the elaboration you promise!
Date: June 07, 2010 Title: Chapter 10: Chapter 10
Of course your story was not forgotten. But please know that you are killing me here...
Pam fell on the icy stairs! How hurt is she? Will SHE now need professional medical help along with Jim? When will Jim realize she is in trouble??
Okay, obviously looking forward to another update soon {hope} so I can have some of my many questions answered...

Hey! I just reread your awesome story this weekend and realized that you are not yet complete!
Do you still have plans to give us an epilogue? I'd love to read it!
Author's Response: Thanks for remembering that this story exists. :) I do still plan to write an epilogue but as of yet have no direction for it, which kind of sucks. I hope to have something before school starts up again at the end of August.
Date: March 22, 2010 Title: Chapter 1: Unexpected
This is very well done. It was very believable, Pam's feelings, and I would love to hear about what happens next for the Halpert Family of Three, Soon to be Four.

I love this family. I am so glad you do not let even the littlest things in deleted scenes get by you.
Oh Pam, you did an excellent, wonderful and amazing job with her conflicting feelings about being a wife, a mother and a woman. How she is worried about being emotionally abusive to Jim, and a bad mom to Cecelia because she asked her husband to take her home before they pick up their baby. Poor Pam.
And how true that Google can be trouble so much of the time.
I love how Jim is a Band-Aid for her life. That was so super-sweet.
Keep writing please, everything you put out here is full of amazing-ness! Keep it up, thank you!

I love how you let us into the emotions that Pam and Jim were feeling. My favorite has to be Jim, in another world, in love all over again.
I look forward to more.
Date: August 09, 2010 Title: Chapter 4: Chapter 4
Wow, my heart breaks...
This is amazingly written. I love being in Jim's brain for this. The way that although his body is very sick, breaking apart, but how his mind is so present with his family. And all to aware of how badly this could all end. I love how his clear, present, family-man mind is so concerned with making sure that his family will be taken care of.
I felt so badly for both he and Pam, I know the new-parent exhaustion. I also know the taking-care-of-a-sick-loved-one exhaustion. I cannot imagine going through both of them at the same time.
The end of this chapter, though, gave me smiles. I adore Pam. I love that Jim will deal with the situation in the way that he needs to, making sure that Pam and CeCe will be taken care of should the worst occur {please do not do that to me}. But, Pam, she will deal in the way that works for her {and me too}, making plans for the entire family once everything turns out okay.
I cannot wait to read more...
Date: November 04, 2010 Title: Chapter 7: Epilogue
Your story was amazing. Thank you so much for writing and sharing. It was scary, it was sweet, it was sad, it really was perfect. And the epilogue you ended with was a wonderful conclusion. Again, amazing.
Date: June 10, 2010 Title: Chapter 1: Chapter 1
Yes, yes you should continue. Please. I really need to know what happens. So, yes, continue, please.
Date: June 27, 2010 Title: Chapter 2: Chapter 2
Yep- please keep writing. You are doing such a wonderful job of letting us feel what both Jim and Pam are feeling. Nice, nice work. Please let us find out how Jim's procedure works out.

Date: July 01, 2010 Title: Chapter 1: I'm On Fire
Wow, I think that lit ME on fire. Both POV's were just awesome and realistic and actually just amazing.
Jim was wonderfully frustrated and the running and basketball playing made me wish that I could find a shirt of his shirt to wear to bed.
Huge applause for Pam. Wearing that Jim-scented tee to bed and doing what the shirt moved her to do.
Nice job. I hope there are more collaborations in our {near} future.
Author's Response: Thanks, Aivilo! We have the next collaboration in mind already. Jazz is doing the kickoff on the next one. She's going on vacation soon and won't be able to write till she gets back. So it'll be later this summer by the time we volley versions back and forth.

This was awesome. I thought the ending was perfect, I had thought that I wanted to hear about how they were now a couple, or maybe, at least how they had a good, Good Morning. But, after reading your final chapter, I know your ending was a lot more realistic.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane.
Date: July 23, 2010 Title: Chapter 7: Don't break the seal
That. Banter. Was. Awesome.
And the line about streaming soundly into shrubbery made me laugh aloud.
My favorite chapter so far also.
I have to say, though, I never questioned that Drunk Jim would pee in front of Pam. I remember the fun Drunk boys in college.
Author's Response: Oh yeah. My boys (as in my male friends, whom we ladies referred to as "our boys") didn't even have to be drunk. On the plus side, I walked into my friend's dorm room once, bitching about someone stealing a parking space and the response from my four guy friends who were there was "want us to go pee on his car?"
Thanks so much for writing. I'm glad you liked the chapter. The banter was a lot of fun to create; I hope we get lots of Jim/Pam banter in the upcoming season.
Date: July 26, 2010 Title: Chapter 9: Real men don't measure
She does. And I should end your life also... but, of course, I won't, we have to get to the climax of this story. So you will be pardoned...
Loving this story.
Date: July 19, 2010 Title: Chapter 5: Lick it. Slam it. Suck it.
When Kelly picked her three for closet time, I offered up a 'poor Jim' out loud.
Oh my goodness, AWESOME chapter Ivy. The 'verbal copulating' and how at first our two were accused of undressing each other with eyes, but then James {love the use of full first names also!} takes it up a notch when he challenges Pamela and gets her to remove her shirt... Applause to you!
I hope Pam's revenge continues to turn the heat up on this sizzling game even more!
Author's Response: I feel like Kelly would love being stuck in a closet with three men, don't you?
Date: July 07, 2010 Title: Chapter 1: Fresh meat and feather boas
Oh, nice. I like it when Jim and Pam are sent to college with other DMers. I agree with you, I like Karen as a friend to Jim and Pam. Look forward to more!
I love how well you've done young collegiate Dwight!
