It is true that it could be a future event, too, and I thought of setting it during next winter or something, but for some reasons, I liked feeling the tension of having the thought in the back of my mind that Pam is still with Roy while all of this incredible electricity, and connection, and secret meetings in snow are going on with Jim.
This is for kath and Code Name Remax, both of whom wanted a fic in which Michael spilled the beans he has so miraculously been holding thus far....
Begins the night of the Christmas party (or rather, the two Christmas parties...)

Well, you know I do so love to tease you... But never fear Moxie! His present for Karen will not be as well received as he would like. For New Year's he has a few drinks and shows up at Pam's in the shirt she bought him and she proceeds to make her vision of taking it off of him come true.

A few light bits and pieces I'd accumulated (have written enough angst lately, thanks.) Since they were just languishing, I figured I'd resurrect Vignettes and send them out into the world. Each is a stand-alone, NOT a chapter in a work-in-progress, so feel free to jump in and out. (I'm thinking there will be 3-5 pieces, but will have to see how the mood strikes me.)
If I owned these characters, would I be writing this stuff? Seriously. No copyright infringement is intended.

10 I completely love the Pam turnaround - I think it's completely believable in that she's in shock that things might actually work out, and then she realises "OMG - I just walked away from *that*?" So she heads back to make the most of it. ;-)
10 I'm sure I must have reviewed this before, but just in case - I really really hope Michael does give Jam a push. Maybe not this obviously, but something!! (Not that I don't like it your way - it's quickest!!) :-)
