WOW - now, that's a cliffhanger! Please make Jim better soon - it hurts my heart when he's this sick. You're doing a great job with this story and I look forward to your next update...

Summary: "If I thought that Pam was interested..."

What would happen if Pam's courage from Beach Games sprouted a little bit earlier? Say... at Phyllis' wedding?

Hey Mel - I so understand the need to use the bones of the show, but incorporate what you want to have happened - I feel that way too, but sadly, I don't have the skills to put into writing. I'm just glad that there are those out there that do have those skills, like yourself. You are quickly becoming one of my favorite authors - please keep posting - love how you're so good at updating quickly.

Author's Response: Wow, thank you so much, kam! I hope I'm doing the show and the story justice, because the storyline with Jim and Pam is so beautiful, and I only wanna ... tweak it a little, move it in a different direction for consideration's sake, you know? I'll try to live up to that "updating quickly" thing with another chapter by the end of this week.

Mel - this was definately not a filler - it certainly needed to be done! I love their banter too - and once again, you've captured it perfectly. Ok, Spring Break is half over; so we should be seeing next chapter soon, right? So, get back to work! I'm worse than your teachers, aren't I? :):)

This is really great! I always wanted Jim to run after her when he caught her staring at him - so this made my day - and I can picture this conversation happening exactly like this. Of course, that would mean we wouldn't have the rest of Season 3, but that's ok too. You're really capturing their essence here. Keep going please!!!

Author's Response: RIGHT?! That's the whole reason I started this fic, I saw the episode on TV recently and just had to write up how I would've loved to see it go. Don't get me wrong, I love how season 3 ends, but Jim's comment of "if I thought Pam might be interested..." just left me aching. ;) Thanks for reviewing!!

Don't know how I missed this one last month - but somehow I did. It was so beautiful and so sad. I was telling my teenage daughter how sad it is when you tell someone you love them and they don't return that love. But I found my own "Jim" a few years later - so it's all good now - just like for Jim and Pam. Just wanted to say thanks for writing such a real moment for him.

Author's Response: Thanks so much for your comments, kam, I really appreciate your taking the time to review. And yay for finding your own Jim. I don't think I could have written this if I hadn't known it was all going to turn out well. I'm very glad you liked it.

Summary: An alternate story to what happened after Casino Night. My first ever fan fic story of any kind. Spoilers for Casino Night.

I like the approach you're taking with this. I think sometimes in the fan fiction world, we like to get to the good parts fast, but in the real world, it doesn't always happen so quickly. So, I think it's cool that you're letting them reach a new relationship slowly and realistically... Don't get me wrong, I love all the romantic & happy stuff too - so don't let me down in coming chapters - I trust you'll be getting to that part soon!

Author's Response: Thank you!

You've got a great concept here. I love the homefront scenes too. It always amazes me when writers can cook up scenarios that are intriguing but still really in character. Being half of a married couple and parents, I completely understand the grumpies, but still are in love. Keep em coming! Thanks for sharing

Author's Response: Thanks, kam! We're so excited to write this story and are having so much fun with it. Thanks for the lovely compliment, we're doing our best to keep them in character. Yep, you totally nailed it too, they're still very much in love, but they too get tired and grouchy. Hope you'll let us know what you think of the next chapter. It should be along pretty soon!

Summary: At that moment, looking up at Jim, she felt like things might finally be okay again. Not like they used to be, but…there was hope.
Season 3 angst. Jim and Pam share a moment behind the reception desk. Takes place at the very end of A Benihana Christmas and goes AU from there.

Congratulations on your first fic! Very well done too. I love alternative endings, especially when they involve Jim and Pam being good to each other. Can't wait to see how you wrap this up.

Author's Response: Thanks, kam! I've just finished the ending - nothing too flash, but hopefully true to the characters.

Oh, Danielle - I am so relieved to see your stories out here again... I was planning on rereading 15 months and saw it was gone. It made me so sad...Very glad to see you've got a plan for the combo deal. This Little Momens story is a real gem. And, is it just me - or did you feel that Thursday's episode almost made me feel like I was reading a fic from here - it made me smile, that's for sure. So glad you're back!

Author's Response: Thanks, kam. I'm glad to be back, and hopefully I'll get back into a groove with writing again. I'm really happy that you still like this one shot. I really do regret taking things down now. Hopefully I'll find more things hanging around soon. Thanks for the welcome back :-)
