1 So so so so good. Just amazing. I have so much love for the way you played this out. It should have happened like this. And how talented are you?? It can be easy to rely on dialogue but you took it the exact opposite direction and you absolutely nailed it. Amazing work!

1 I like it—a lot. One of the few times in early JAM that it might have been Pam making Jim feel flustered instead of the other way around. How could you resist putting your hands on that man?? And the double entendres...oof. Great piece.

1 I really, really like this so far. The writing flows, the characters are very recognizable, the imagery is great. Can’t wait to see more from you, but what’s cool is that these chapters almost work as drabbles/oneshots too.

Pamela Beesly, recently unbetrothed graphic designer, stumbles into The Comedy Roasters, a new coffeeshop with a manic owner and an intriguingly attractive barista.
1 I really like her whole inner dialogue here, especially with the bits about knowing that customer service smiles aren't necessarily real. It's true, and yet it's so self-deprecatingly accurate to her own insecurity! Can't wait to see them connect more, you're doing a great job of building up to it :)
