His hand’s between her shoulder blades and it makes her want to tell him that she’s so incredibly lonely all the time, that she woke up on Christmas morning and when she moved her leg over, the sheets were like ice and she isn’t sure how she’s kept breathing.

This line is just so incredibly heartbreaking.  I'm so glad you added this for this episode because personally, I feel like Pam was a bigger person than I could ever be for what she said to Jim in the breakroom.

And I'm so glad you wrote that Jim noticed she'd been crying, because I'd hate for Pam to have to cry and not have Jim try to comfort her.  What you've written here is just perfect.

This is so adorable.  I just read the entire thing and I loved it!  I love how Jane has qualities from both Jim and Pam and Kurt seems pretty normal.

I couldn't decide at first how far to go w/Kurt - and decided that his quirk would be that he's got all the normal traits from his parents.

This is beautiful...very montage-esque.  Thanks for making me cry with the Toby part!  And Roy is so wounded, I love it!

Such a beautiful boy. Capable of love with rare depth. She wonders how anyone could turn down that gift.

Okay, Chapter 1 was great but Chapter 2 is even better.  You describe Jim to a "T" with this:  Jim didn’t come off as innocent, he did have a warmth about him – an easy, unaffected manner that clearly indicated the fact that he apparently had no idea how attractive he was. 

And I like seeing things from Karen's point of view, and you've sort of nailed the fact that she's so confident yet she finds someone like Jim so intriguing because I think we've seen that in her since GWH.  More, soon, please!

You know, I didn't really notice this before, but I like how Karen notices Pam being distracted.  I like that even though we all have certain feelings about Karen one way or another, the fact is that she's not dumb and she's rather perceptive.  Like, she knows it was Pam that convinced Jim to relent about the apartment and she has no problem thanking her for it.  I love this chapter!

Oh, Pam and Toby!  Like I said before, I love the way you write them, it's just so understandable that they find comfort in each other.  I like that Toby edges on being fatherly towards Pam (not in a creepy way), and that he takes care of her and loves her and gets her. 

Just...so much love for this chapter!

Oh, I just love your Pam and Toby, how they're just so sweet and understanding of each other, and how they say so much with so few words.  I really feel their connection, and it's so sad and lovely.
