Three little facts about me:

1) I'm a work-from-home mom from Kyiv, Ukraine.

2) I'm super late to the party, but  I do my best to turn my excitement with the show into the content (hopefully, qualitative).

3) I care about Pam Beesly more than about any other fictional character in all the existent fandoms.

This story is so sweet! It's nice as a one-shot and would be even nicer as AU. But only if you'll have the inspiration to continue :)
And Pam's gift is marvelous! As for me, it's an obvious indication of more than just friendship (I'm also pathetic, I guess :))
Happy holidays to you!

Author's Response: Thanks so much! I've decided to continue this in a sequel, called "New Year's Eve." I hope you check it out!

I don't have enough words to tell you how I love this chapter. The tension, the angst, the release... and the music on the background. Gahh!
Thank you so much for the perfect ending of this journey!

This story is unbelievably sweet and gentle (despite the fact of how it all started). I love the interactions between the older and the younger generations of the Halperts. It's so natural and cute! And the life with Roy... I genuinely feel sorry for them both. Perhaps, there is a woman for Roy, who makes him happy and be happy herself, but it definitely not Pam. Glad, she made the right choice. Yay!
Also, I feel a little bit sad for poor Anna... but, maybe, she had happiness in her life and after...
And I would be delighted to read more Christmas stories from you!

Author's Response: Thanks Dernhelm! I worried using the kids would take away from the story a little bit, so I’m glad that worked. Oh Roy, we all love to hate him, but I feel for him (a little). I think perhaps there is a good fit for Roy out there somewhere too... Hopefully things work out okay with that wife of his down the track. I may never finish that other Christmas story - we’ll see...

Oh, this is very sweet! Poor Jim, poor Pam, but they so adorable. The appearance of Jim's father is nice, though I had the impression that he pushed Pam a little (perhaps, she needed it, and yet...). And I love the idea of giving Pam some time to think about her feeling.
I am thrilled to see what happens next!

Author's Response: Thanks so much! And I'm glad you liked Jim's dad. I hope you enjoy the final chapter, which I just posted.

Summary:

When the flu attacks Dunder Mifflin, Pam and Jim are the only ones left to go on a road trip training mission to other branches. Three days alone in a car together--hmm, what could possibly happen? AU set late Season 2. Romance/mild angst/humor/adult content.  Rated T, at first...

I feel so much compassion for Pam. Poor girl, she deserves better than a dull life with Roy (but, to be honest, I feel sorry for sick Roy and his mom as well).
And, of course, it's lovely to see how Jim adds a little adventure in her life — looking forward to seeing how he feels about their trip!

Author's Response: Yes, there's nothing simple about this love triangle, for sure. Roy can be likeable, and pitiful, but the heart wants what the heart wants. Thanks for the review. I just posted chapter 2!

Awww, I like the previous chapter, but I absolutely adore this one. Their confusion and reactions are so realistic, and I like the way how Pam tried to downplay 'the bed incident.' Roy... well, his response is entirely predictable. I hope you give us a full story about what had happened on July the Fourth. But, to be honest, I anticipate the continuation of interactions between Jim and Pam more than that :)

Author's Response: It is so gratifying to hear you think my descriptions are realistic. I certainly try for that. And there is definitely more about Roy's indiscretion in the next chapter, which, I just happened to have posted, packed full of Jammy goodness. I'd love to hear what you think. Thanks for the awesome review!

Well, a cunning plan is something I expected the least from Roy, so it definitely would be something interesting (and awkward, and, I hope, would ultimately backfire). I'll be waiting for an update very much!

Author's Response: Yeah, they didn't paint Roy as the sharpest tool in the shed, so I won't be straying too far from canon, lol. But more story in the meantime. Thanks so much for the review. More soon!

Yay for Pam the Brave!
I'm not enjoying that Pam was accused of cheating (the whole cheating theme makes me extremely uncomfortable), but I like that this means that the thing with Roy is definitely over.
And if Jim doesn't take her in, well, I'll say that he is just... but, I think highly of him. So, I hope he'll do the right thing.
I'll wait patiently for the next update!

Author's Response: You know what they say, the accuser is usually doing the same things him/herself. Working on the next chapter now. Thanks for the review!

It's such a great final! I like the picnic scene so much. It's a perfect start of their happily ever after. And, I'm sure they'll enjoy Florida as well :)
And thank you for the glimpse of 'dangerous Jim' (even 'dark Jim'). I'm thrilled to see that side of him!

Author's Response: Thank you! I personally like the glimpses we get of Jim when he isn't so "perfect." Glad you liked this.

Summary:

It's 1995 and 16 year old Pam thinks she has everything figured out. All she wants is to be an artist, find a nice boy to fall in love with, and continue to think that everything happens for a reason.

The summer after her 16th birthday everything comes crashing down. Pam's life as she knew it begins to change. The perfect cocoon of a life she had originally had begins to crumble.

Oh, this story is so sweet! And sad. Just like Pam.
I like the idea very much. It's always great to discover more about Pam outside the office. I literally squealed with delight when I read the name 'James.' There is something tender and doomed in the relationship between high school Pam and Jim. I'll be looking forward to more!

I'm looking forward to the continuing :)

Amazing story. Every piece of it is fantastic. I'm in awe of how you catch the heroes' emotions, translate them into letters, and make the readers (at least me) feel them all. I'm on the verge of tears right now, but it's okay.
And definitely, it's great to see a little backstory. I like how it's uncovered not instantly, but little by little. Thank you for your story!

Author's Response: Wow, thank you so much! I'm hoping to explore how the events of the past have shaped who Jim and Pam are now. Thanks for reading and commenting!

Revenge by Donnamour1969 Rated: M [Reviews - 50] 47

Unbeknownst to Jim, Pam is seeking revenge against him for his brilliant prank. But will Pam take things too far? Will the turntables?

AU bit of romance, humor, and maybe a little angst.  Rated M for adult language and situations.

It's a great chapter, though it made me sad.
To be honest, I always think that the whole Jim/Karen relationship was a big mistake and a mess; and Jim... yeah, he was the one to blame. And he kind of deserved punishment. But the way this relationship ended here... it's painful because Karen is hurt so badly, and both Jim and Pam's consciences weren't clean, and... it's just hard that the characters you like so much turned to be assholess.
But I hope for better, and I do like your story. I'll be waiting for the next chapter!

Author's Response: Glad you liked this story, even though it was a bit angsty. I'm not one for much angst, so it won't last for long. Thanks so much for the review. I just posted chapter 7!

Awww, I'm so glad Karen has her happy end! As well as Pam and Jim.
But... poor, poor Toby. He is so kind, and gentle, and doomed to pine over a woman who can't love him back... I hope, though, he'll find solace somehow...
Thank you for the story!

I'm both excited and terrified of the new chapter. Excited, because it's fantastic and shows so many lovely details (like Dwight's meticulousness or Jim's arrival. And Toby. Oh, I love him, and he deserves so much better!)
But also I'm terrified because this whole thing just couldn't end well for everyone. Especially for Pam. Poor girl, she has to do something that she doesn't like just to get the attention the man she loves. And I feel sympathy for Karen here. Pam knows, Andy and Jim know, but she is absolutely oblivious.
Can't wait to see how the story goes!

Oh my, this is such a great chapter! I love that they are honest with each other at last. It's sad that for this to happen, other people had to be involved (and probably hurt). Nevertheless, I root for them both and wish all the suffering will pay off.
Thank you!
