Admittedly I found myself having to go back over a few lines because I got lost, but overall I really liked it. The subtle brazeness of Jim in this chapter is a sight to behold, as is the internal turmoil that results from it. We all wish they had said something more substantial on that deck, and this was a great possibility. I really hope we get a part two... Or more!

Aww, thanks for that! Even if you didn't think a part 2 was needed, it is definitely appreciated! That ending was pure fluff and I loved it.
Going back a bit, the 'Roy is dense' bit is always a classic. I love/hate how he's like 'Yep, thats fine, never really wanted to get married anyway,' and just expects Pam to take it. The threat of Roy's violence was unexpected, but you built it up very nicely with the little background bits like Pam remembering what her Mom said all those years ago.
And of course, the Dunder Mifflin Posse + Jim to the rescue was great, I love that Roy got put in the brig.

So just caught up on this one. The characterizations here feel pretty on point, and the emotion is really raw. I could feel my gut twisting in the previous chapters as Pam just let him leave, and now the panic/elation/fear of confrontation. Very cute! I especially loved that Pam went out of her way to deliver food to Jim, that was a very feel good moment. I am of course also glad that they finally met in person. While seeing Pam struggle with her relationship with Roy is saddening, I can only hope it leads to less pain all around this time. Looking forward to more!

I wasn't sure about Pam sending food to Jim, but then I remembered that during quarantine here a lot of people were doing it. Grandmas to their grandchildren, Moms to their kids, and even I sent some cookies to a couple of friends because I'd made too many. So, this is more or less what Pam is telling herself this is about. Of course, is a lot more than that.
She is moving forward, and it's not easy, but she's going to.

Ok, that was great. I'm not really a fan of angst, and it saddens me when JAM doesn't get their act together, but nonetheless I can appreciate this story. I wouldn't say it was creepy, it was quite intriguing! As someone whos never watched any of the shows and only really heard of them in passing, I'm really excited to see where this goes because I really don't know what their arcs look like.
Sad that Pam's the victim of teenage drama, but what good protagonist isn't? I liked the hint of the supernatural feeling that you got with the lost in the woods and Pam's methodical backtracking still leading to the same place, kinda spooky.
Of course Jim is a time travelling sarcastic alien. Makes perfect sense lol.
I really look forward to seeing where this goes next.

Jim insipiring Pam to paint was my favourite moment of the chapter. One does have to wonder how much Jim the time travelling alein cheats with foreknowledge of Pam's likes and dislikes though! I'm glad that you were able to turn Pam's worst first date around though, it was really sweet.

Some very sweet moment with Jim and Pam this chapter. You also teased us with enough details of Jim's "Job" to get me curious, because from the snippets you gave us it sounds like there might be a time-travelling Michael, and that is just hilarious and terrifying at the same time.
