Hey there! I don't know if you're still around here, but I have decided to make it my summer project to go back and read all the stories here at MTT. Yikes right?
Anyway, I started a the beginning and this story was #1 so here goes.
I love this. I forgot about it until I clicked on it and then first sentence in I remembered why I love your work. So creative, so true to Jim and Pam. You always had the characters right. I never read one of yours and thought "They wouldn't do that" or "That doesn't sound like him/her".
Favorite line in this one: "Then he smiled at you across the parking lot and you knew you hadn't done it for Roy."

I don't know how you do it. I've read it three times and everytime the tears well up.
I absolutely love how you use no names with the conversations between Pam and the Office folks, but it is always very clear whose voice they are hearing.
"You ate him?" cracks me up everytime.

I can't fathom how in the world there are only 3 reviews for this story. Even if slash is not "your thing" (not you, the reader) it's gotta be said that you (you, not the reader) are an amazing writer. You put Jim in this place where he can be that guy and yet still be Jim. I'm rambling and making absolutely no sense.

Yay! I LOVED this from beginning to end! I'm not so good with reviews because I don't know technical writing words and stuff, but you write Oscar's voice so freaking good or is it well?... whatever! The pauses, the words he would emphasize, the short and to the point statements...just like Oscar would talk, you have obviously studied his mannerisms. "So how was it?" ... "She put Micheal in her wedding." Heh. That's all he really needed to say. Also, "a living breathing nightmare in a teal vest" Again, LOVE. And I'm with LL/Beth, this story is now fact in my mind. This seriously just made me tear up. "How many times did he hit you." "Um, three times." Yikes! I'm glad Jim got one in there even though I hate fighting. The end was super sweet! Eh. You know your stuff is always good...what else can I say?

This is torture. And I am loving every word of it. What's this I hear about you having "several" chapters done? What are you waiting for? ;)
Author's Response: Just trying not to overwhelm my lovely betas by throwing everything at em at once ;) Plus, I'm still tweaking the chapters, deciding on some plot things... you know how it goes :) I figured a chapter a day was a decent pace to shoot for?
