1 This is one of the stories on this site I cant cope with being incomplete! I have just read it again (read it once as a lurker) knowing full well it wasnt complete but it was worth it. Such a well written story, really enjoyable to read. I hope that by some miracle it is finished at some point.
“Karen, I don’t even have his phone number. It’s been four years since we last saw each other. When we broke up.” Pam emphasizes this last part as if Karen needs the reminder of her best friend’s personal history. “It’s not like… Look, I’m not going to fall in love with him again.” 1 I first read this story as a lurker if I remember rightly and as time went on I didn't think it would ever be updated. Thank you so much for proving me wrong!! I love this story so much and don't see this sort of dynamic! I love the friendship between Karen and Pam and I'm just itching for Jim and Pam to get back together for good!! PLEASE don't leave it another 3 years to update, MTTers NEED this story in their lives!

I liked your nod to (I presumed?!) your blog early on and the way you are including aspects of the show like Dwight fighting himself but all with their own twist to suit the story line.
You had me worried for a moment when Pam was attracted to Danny! I'm glad she realised what she has and hope he gets whats coming to him! Also love the way you handled Roy finding out. The usual Roy anger but he has hopefully settled to be the man and Mechanic he was showing himself to be earlier in the story. Leading up to both of the men finding out I was worried about Roy messing with Jim's plane!
You paint a good picture of what it might be like on the battle front for people who haven't lived it. Thanks for a great read Warrior, can't wait for more!

Sure she can acknowledge he's handsome, but clearly he's not anywhere near her type. Stick with me a bit longer and that arc will be resolved not to worry.It was a lot of fun adding all that stuff with Roy. Had Pam not come between them, Jim and Roy might have been friends. I wanted to explore that a bit. Remember though Roy was done working on Andromeda before he found out about Jim and Pam and afterwards there were plenty of MP's around to stop any funny business. Thanks for the compliments about adding in things from canon. It's a lot of fun to give new context to familiar lines and scenes. Same with all the scenes about the WWII aspects. I'm really glad they're coming across well for you. Hope to hear more from you going forward.

1 I dont think anyone has ever made me dislike Jim Halpert the way the first few chapters of this fic did, that's some good writing right there! Soon changed my mind though, he is still the sweetheart we know deep down and now you have me screaming at Pam to see what's under her nose and for them to get their act together!! Cathy drives me mad and I hope she gets put in her place (more than Jim's bathroom attempt)

1 Oh my gosh! I loved every chapter of this! Seeing their relationship blossom in 11 short chapters is just pure fluffy fluffness! (except the couple of angsty chapters in the middle in true PB & J fashion).

Betsy is such a sweet mum and I get that she wants her family to get along, but Gerald can do one. I hope they get it resolved but also get why Jim is being stubborn #daddyissues. Gerald needs to step up and be the supportive dad Jim has always needed.
