When we broke up.” Pam emphasizes this last part as if Karen needs the reminder of her best friend’s personal history. “It’s not like… Look, I’m not going to fall in love with him again.” 1 Oh my goodness what a wonderful surprise to see an update to this awesome story! They’ve just got one scene left for today (so says Michael), and Jim thinks it’s supposed to be a sort of touching moment of humanization for the villain, as he gives his tragic backstory— but this being a Michael Scott film, of course it doesn’t work that well. They've read through it in the (just a working draft for now, people!) script a couple times, and Jim can't help the swoop in his stomach at one particular stage direction:[SANDRA gives GOLDENFACE a kiss.]
In which a scene from Threat Level Midnight is filmed at Dunder Mifflin, and Jim may or may not flub some lines on purpose.

I have had a BILLION ideas for AU Jim & Pam fics ever since I watched my original run through of the office. I finally decided to sit down and start writing as I have enjoyed a TON of fics on this site. I espically love s2 and s3 AU fics that have a unique twist as a way to get the Jam Fam together. I love Disney World and thought that s2 Jim and Pam could use some magic at the most magical place on earth ;)
