Found The Office summer '06. Immediately fell in love with JAM. Obsessed ever since.
I no longer work as a part-time receptionist, which is sort of sad because I feel less connected to Pam (just kidding!). I'm almost finished getting my Masters in literacy and I'm a first year high school teacher! So basically I have nothing resembling free time or... sanity.
What if Jim had finally been stretched to the breaking point before Casino Night?Gotta say, I am not a fan of the Pam rape. I mean, I'm still a fan of *you* but I think this story has taken a darker turn than I am prepared for.

I was instantly won back to this story with this line: “Your pants didn’t come down by themselves.”
And by the time I got to this line: "The day I met you, I thought…” I shake my head at my stupidity. “…I thought you were the woman I was going to marry.”
Jeeze, you're good. And I just loved Pam taking control and how completely dazed and overwhelmed Jim was. Excellent, amazing, too many good parts to quote. I loved it!

Her mind speeding through that memory, her resolve softened. “Do you want me come over and tuck you in?” She teased.
“Not if you're going to be all condescending about it,” he replied with mock hurt. “I'll be just fine without you, thank you very much.”
And this got me too: “Hey,” his deep familiar voice answered.
Simple line, but I just imagined his voice and... I'm sorry, what was the question?
LOL - yeah, he does SO MUCH with a 3 letter word, doesn't he?

I looooooooooooooooooved it. Especially the bit where Jim and Pam are talking over each other. Ha. Great dialogue there. And then Jim's reaction after he stops freaking out, and Pam's smile. Squee!

Or not... You could just keep writing this. It is so amazing! I've read a few fics in script format, but none that feel this much like a real episode. Now i'm going to be obnoxious and quote my favorite parts:
I love the moment where Jim looks at the camera and says, “we got bored.” So realistic.
I wanted to take a Segway tour of Philadelphia with m’lady. But now? I can hear him say it!Kevin would take it totally seriously and then miss. I love him.
I am not explaining the difference between wings and no-wings to you again. HAHAHA! (thoughtfully) No, we’ve already got windows for the condo. I love the stage direction here. Thoughtfully. So very Michael. (menacingly) Fine! Now you know my secret. Again, stage direction plus a great line = me laughing out loud in my living room.Please tell me that you have more to post soon!
What a great review! I'm glad that you were able to see this as something resembling a real episode, that's really wonderful. Haha, you're not obnoxious, in fact, it's kinda nice to know what people think of the jokes, and which ones they liked.
The "wings" line was deliberately out of character, just for the laugh of Pam's look and the reader wondering how exactly that conversation took place, or why it took place. And as for Andy, I actually looked up tours in Philly, and you really can take a Segway tour, it costs like 51 bucks. So....Andy better get control of Dwight's computer to make his sales.
