Aw poor Pam! She really had a sense of overinflated responsibility for those around her. You can see the illusion of magical thinking clouding her and her response being an increase in compulsive behaviors tricking her into a false sense of safety.

I really wanted to hammer that home, just how much she was believing all Roy said and did, even without proof of him harming ANYONE else.I am going to play that out, the trickery of Roy and how he really has ZERO strength against anyone else later on.

Oh wow. Your writing makes the anxiety worth it! This is so vulnerable, especially how he finally realizes that she isn’t the only one struggling. Really feeling for Pam here, she feel so helpless. Aw she’s getting there! I love how she didn’t give into the compulsion of thinking over and over again how she impacted them to reassure any uncertainty. You can tell she is beginning to accept her limits and her lack of ability to be certain about anything. It’s hard to resist, but it allows her to see that she really is safe. She’s also talking a lot more which is so helpful in healing! I’m loving getting to see her improve. She finally starting to respect herself and gain reassurance. Don’t let anxiety control you, Pam! You don’t deserve it because the letting the anxiety control you is letting Roy control you and we all agree he is NOT allowed to do that anymore!

OH I LOVE IT! I also noticed the mention of Pam not having words… love it! I can totally imagine Angela in this situation, exactly how you wrote her. Also love the back story. It’s so sweet to see this connection between the two and their softer ways. I love how Dwight is written as not understanding the social cues… but understanding the severity of the situation. He almost reminds me of my autism kiddos at work! :)
