If we are keeping score on satisfaction, Jim is beating Pam by a 2-1 ratio AT LEAST. I say girl deserves some payback.
And, it goes without saying that your loyal readers deserve a detailed description.
Good, good point. I think Mr. Halpert is going to have to step it up over Saturday night/Sunday morning, to give Ms Beesly a reason to miss him. :-)

I am confused by this:
“Yeah me too actually. Well… guess we’ll have to do this again some time.” He says smiling at her. In unison, they turn to the camera and say: “Don’t miss us! We’ll be back in six weeks so you can continue to see us avoiding each other! Here on NBC.”
I thought this was a story about things that WON'T happen. And that seems to happen with alarming regularity.

My only quibble with this masterpiece is that Jim should have had a line about the "Delicate Flower" of Pam's Womanhood. It's only right.

My best friend (female, 34 years old, normal American, right?) read this chapter and said "Who's Betty and Veronica?" I was like "Are you kidding?" She wanted me to take it out because she was sure that "only a small minority would get the reference!" I was like "HELL NO! I'm not taking it out. I'm going to spread the Betty and Veronica LOVE!"
