This was a great piece,
Moxie's endings are the best.

:-P kidding of course! I am a big fan of the haiku, just because it makes you say so much in so little. Happy endings do indeed rock Moxie, keep it up.

This is the absolute epitome of a JAM story, and it is also absolutely my favorite story here. Everything is done perfectly which explains the fact that I read the entire thing in one sitting.

The dialogue seemed very smooth and never forced. I had no trouble at all picturing Pam becoming this independent and only wish it would happen on NBC in such a manner. The playful teasing of Jim and Pam was back in full force, and it felt very natural. The pacing wasn’t rushed, and moved along exactly as it should. I never found myself skipping ahead or trying to get through dull parts, as each chapter seemed more engaging than the last. What I also appreciate is how you portrayed Karen. It could have been easy to make her try to sabotage the relationship of Jim and Pam, but you didn’t. In fact, you had her understand, and even offer some words of advice to Jim. That removed any guilt I had for what Jim had done to her and let me focus on the true part: the JAM storyline of course!

After each chapter, I let myself further believe that Pam was the secret admirer, but there was still always that small shred of doubt. Fortunately, she was, and the ending became phenomenal. The fact that Pam was that in love with Jim that she gave him the ring as a sign of commitment really finished off the story in a fantastic manner.

I also love the gift ideas, and their methods of delivery, and might find myself “borrowing” from them in the near future.

You took a modern romantic storyline and turned it into a classic. This has all the great ingredients of a classic love story, and one that I am sure to find myself reading far into the future. The smut was tasteful, as always, and what would a Moxie story be without any?

It's funny, I really didn't think I would be interested in this. But this is an amazing story!!! Definitely one of my favorites.

Truly, Madly, Deeply, is one of my favorite stories here at MTT. It is the perfect combination of length, plot, dialogue, character development, and nervous suspense.

Moxie’s stories have become my proverbial band-aid when the actual JAM storyline over at NBC hits a rough patch, which is basically all that has been doing as of late. Truly, Madly, Deeply never fails to deliver that shot of closure yet it leaves me wondering why Moxie hasn’t been asked to join the group of writers of The Office. We need someone in there who actually is rooting for those darn kids!

Great job, Moxie, on another great story.

I read all the time about smiles creeping across one's face, but it has yet to happen this obviously to me until I read this line:

"Pam hung up the phone and threw it into her bag. 'Hi, I need to request a name change on my license and title from Beesly to Halpert.'"

Author's Response: Thanks. The drabble format kind-of makes me think of what words are essential to the story when I can only limit to 100. That and the fact they're coming from alternating viewpoints.

I hate to say it, but I do not like this story.

True, you did warn us with the Angst label, but Season 3 is very angst-filled, and it does not get this bad at all.

Maybe if their had been a better warning. I'm glad I ended up just skipping to the end.

I wish I hadn't read it as I hate leaving a negative review. If I had known in advance more about it, I would have just skipped it altogether. The writing style and the dialogue was great, but the ending was terrible.

The seven years apart seemed long, but it was an extremely happy ending!

Did I mention that Chicago is indeed the best city ever? That is what attracted me to this story in the first place. I live in Chicago now!
