I just found this story and am absolutely loving it. It's adorably awkward. I can really see them acting like this in this situation. For your first fanfic ever, this is amazing! And kudos to your little sister. You two make a good team. I hope you'll write many more stories.

Moxie, what I love most about this story is that Pam simply tells Jim that he has an option. No demand for an answer immediately, or she gets out of Dodge. I would really love to see it play out this way on my TV screen.
Jim would have never believed that a copier could be a catalyst for a major life change. Nevertheless, it seemed oddly appropriate given his line of work. Spoiler free.What a lovely story. The next time I jam a copier, instead of getting upset, I'll just think of Jim and Pam.

I am so freaking hooked on this story, I wish you could update as fast as I can read it! Were they in the same cafe and didn't see each other? Will Jim see Pam before he proposes? Although, he seems to be losing his enthusiasm all of a sudden. You're killing me here, you know that, right?

Self-explanatory....Begins with his first lunch out with Pam (a follow-up to my first ever fic, "Pam's First Day at Dunder-Mifflin"), ends with his and Pam's first REAL date. Hopefully, by the time the last chapter is written, the frenzy of JAM first date stories will have died down, and mine won't be too redundant.
No spoilers in chapter 1.
I really enjoyed that. Now I have to go and read about Pam's First Day. As for poor Jim, at least we know better days are ahead for him and Pam. Can't wait to read about his other dates

I'm glad you finished this, too. Poor Jim. Even though we all knew what was coming, it's still heartbreaking. At least he has a real first date to build on now. I'd love to get your take on that one. I hate black jelly beans, too.

Poor Pam finally does something for herself and loses Jim in the process. It's just not fair. Instead of waiting to run into Jim, I wish she'd just march right into his office. You know that's Chapter 2 waiting to happen. You don't have to end it here.
One thing I'm confused about - Is she working for D-M, but living in LA? Is she working for the Art Institute in LA but doing freelance for D-M? Maybe I missed something. Anyway, great job on the story.

Jim and Pam have 24 hours together before he leaves for Stamford. A lot can happen when you're on borrowed time.I was so glad to see this update. You sure left us with quite the cliffhanger. So, neither one is ready to say anything yet. You have S2 Jim & Pam down perfectly in this. At least there are only seven hours left, so something has to give before too long. Whenever you can post again, I'll be ready to read.
I love how each of their trademarks turns out to be a gift from the other. Really sweet story.

Wow! That was just wow. That scene was so hard for me to watch, yet I watched it over and over. I almost did again, just the other day. You got their thoughts and feelings down perfectly. It was like I was there all over again, only better. This was gut-wrenching in the best way. I've often wondered how Jim's evening went after that convo. Thanks for giving me some insight.
