Adorable. I love baby Jill! And I love that Kelly gave her a crown. How very like Kelly. And I loved that Toby wrote the letter with all the ways that Jim could die, and that Pam found that hysterical.

As a huge Steelers fan, and a Pittsburgher myself, I absolutely loved this chapter. Hmmm. Primanti's. Cheesesteak is my favorite. What's funny is I just went to the zoo on Monday (since there was freakishly warm weather) saw the penguins, but no polar bears.

This was amazing. Jim running into Karen looking terrible after a fight with Pam is pretty much perfect irony. Plus, I always had the feeling that Karen might go lesbian after Jim.

I love that Stanley compares his daughter to Michael Scott. That's amazing. Living with a kid like that would help Stanley to practice ignoring everyone around him. And I love that a simple request from Sara made Terri so unbelievably happy.

Ha! What little I've seen of Melissa makes me think she is trouble! She's certainly oblivious to why a girl in her mid-teens should not be running after a guy in his late 20s. And we've seen just a little bit of her attitude toward Terri; hopefully she'll outgrow that at some point, like I have Sara doing here.

Poor Hank. Poor Jim. I blame Ryan, really. It's all his stupid website's fault. I love the warehouse guys bought him a pizza, and that's totally up there with the fifty bucks from the heating and air conditioning guys. Man's totally got his priorities straight. Pizza=better than money.

Yes! I was waiting for someone to write a post "Night Out" and this was awesome! The last lines are adorable, and I love that you got inside Jim's head, because that night had to have been truly heinous for him.

Um, I love this a ridiculous amount.
Roy had gotten most of the furniture in the split, so in the end she was left with her regrets and a photo album and the absence of hope that she'd be able to assemble the pieces into something new and whole.
That's incredibly beautiful and poetic and truthful and wonderful. And oh! The last line is amazing. I loved, loved it!
Okay, so I want this to happen. Like now. I love the idea of Jim rushing in the opposite direction from last year, but still trying to get to her. But this was my favorite line:
It’s almost as if she can feel them shift back to solid ground. They’re balanced again, the weight of the rings on their fingers equaling them out.

That is a crazy observation! I really liked this. Especially this:
He could list about a thousand reasons that she shouldn't go through with it. Starting with number one: she was too good for him, and ending with the last: He was supposed to be the one for her.

10 I thought this was wonderful! I really liked the postcards, and this line:
Sometimes she thought it was the cruelest and most generous thing she had ever done to him.
Because it was probably the best and worst thing she could have done to Roy. I want to go to Italy now!

10 Gah. I loved this. Every word of it. I love the idea that Pam is an art teacher and that she actually does something with her post-Jim life than just pine away for him. And this:
She tells Toby to tell him hi for her, and she likes to think that she's that aloof, that she can casually tell him hello through a mutual friend and that it doesn't mean anything.
Awesome. Seriously. The idea of her trying, and failing, to be nochalant kills me dead. Great job!
10 I'm pretty much in love with the fact that my humble fic had something to do with this. Because I love this. It's heartbreaking and totally believable. Of course it would be hard for them if they had gotten together after season two. And I think you are spot on. Jim thought Pam was perfect, and if she hadn't screwed up and told him that she couldn't, he would never have let go of that assumption.
This is superb. Like, really, really superb. And I love that you leave it vague at the end. I would love to see another, but I would also be totally okay with it ending just like this, up in the air.
And gah! The part about knowing whether she had made the right choice broke me in half.

10 I love how supportive Pam is. It's so often that we get to see Jim as the supportive one, always taking care of Pam, it's nice to see her return the favor.
I really loved the back and forth between the present and what had happened during the day. Poor Jim. It was a great prank, until Charles went and ruined it.
