I'm a 25 year old aspiring writer from Texas. One of my best friends just got me hooked on The Office back in March, and I have been obsessed with Jim and Pam ever since. I started writing fic in April, and if I never stop that's fine with me. These characters are amazing, and if I can capture some of their magic even a little bit, I'll be happy.
I have many other fandoms, but this is the most fun I've had in one in awhile. My other hobbies, besides John Krasinski stalking (not really, who has the resources?), include reading, sewing, photography, computers, and absorbing as much pop culture as I can without physically or mentally exploding.
Jim and Pam try to find their way back. Hopefully without a national audience. Spoilers up to The Job. Aw! That's adorable! I love how they couldn't even make it to dinner first. I mean, Jim shows up at your door, and what are you supposed to do? ;)
It was good first date fic. Don't worry, we're all guilty of it at this point. hehe

I think everyone here worries about their Jim and Pam being too mushy, or cheesy, or fluffy, but come on. Look at them! They are! At least, in their own way they totally are. And you conveyed that, the special ways they communicate and how they are together.
After all, you can't get anything but mush and fluff out of the way they simply look at each other. That is romance right there, and I, for one, am a fan of swooning. ;) Which Jim makes me do often. hehe

A more angsty view of the Pam's Pregnancy challenge, but it comes equipped with a happy ending.

The thing with Jim is, he's not actually an exemplary guy. He's nice to Pam, sure, but he's kind of jerk to everyone else. Maybe everyone that thinks his pranks are fun or cute, but anyone that's ever been repeatedly targeted for some sort of prank or teasing in high school or before (or after) knows that whether or not it's in jest, it never really feels that way.
He's not exactly the most stellar example of maturity either, that's illustrated a hundred plus times in season three.
And not to mention, any guy that could say what he did to Pam in the break room during The Negotiation is a Jim capable of this.
Don't take that the wrong way. ;)

Aww! That's really, really sweet. I've always thought Pam was forced to be a lot like a mom to Michael. lol The rest of the reactions were pure genius. :)
What if Pam had gone along with Michael and Dwight to the convention? Was she ready to see Jim? Was Jim ready to face Pam?10 Oh my God, I love this! I just watched The Convention again tonight, and I like this version of it. My mouth fell open when Pam slapped Jim.
You're an excellent storyteller, and I can't wait for more of this. :)
