This is a really good story. I didn't know that companies can have no-union policies. That's just silly.
Author's Response: Thank you! And oh yeah, companies can be insanely anti-union; Wal-Mart, for instance, won't let its employees go to the bathroom at the same time or fraternize outside work, and has fired people for doing so, they're that afraid of a union being formed. Unions aren't perfect, but that's pretty messed up. And, uh, I'll get off my soapbox now!

So sad! Can I tell you that that's how I think the show will end? Dunder Mifflin (either Scranton or the whole company) will shut down and I don't think I can handle that.
